- Luggage Allowance: You're restricted to 20kg (44lbs) of luggage per person. This should be one piece of luggage similar to an airline carry-on bag (approximately 55cm x 45cm x 25cm / 22in x 17in x 10in) plus one small bag for onboard personal items.

- Midhope Castle - We reserve tickets for you. If you want to visit this attraction, please purchase your ticket whilst on tour.
- In order to retain the integrity of the tour and try to ensure that all our customers have the best possible experience, we do cap bookings from any one party to 8 passengers.
- Culross Palace is closed over the winter months. Tickets are not included in the tour price.
- Please note that on the 6th of June, Midhope Castle will be closed. We will spend more time at the other stops.
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 16 travelers

This tour was beautiful and I loved the locations that we went to. However, Linlithgow Palace.was on the itinerary (Wentworth Prison in Outlander), and I was excited to see it and spend time there. It wasn’t until we were on the bus that we learned that we wouldn’t be going there. I was really disappointed, as that is part of the reason I chose the trip. All other aspects, including our guide Stephen, were wonderful. I just think that we should have been told this prior to the trip, and we should have had a reduced rate because it wasn’t included.

We liked Blackness and Doune Castles, which had admission included in the tour cost were well worth it; but it was disappointing that Midhope was not and cost us additional to get past the gate to actually get up to “Lollybrach”. The “lunch” stop didn’t allow us time to sit and eat while also seeing the palace - which was also an additional cost. The other stops were not worth the time. Overall, the expense was too high - we did have the same tour booked for several hundred less, but it was cancelled by the tour group. If we had paid less/the original price, I would have been happier.

What a great way to see the series you love in a personal way. Great stops and the best guide ever leading the way. I can’t imagine a better tour than the one Sean provided. He was made for this!! And thankfully, we brought the sunshine from Texas so we didn’t have to knock off a star for rain.

Enjoyed seeing the castles and villages and countryside! I’m not an Outlander fan and that didn’t matter. Ewan was a great driver and guide with lots of historical information as well as “bad” Dad jokes. So much fun!

Our guide Sean G was amazing! Not only did he provide a lot of insight to our Outlander stops, he gave so much more about Scotland. It really enhanced our trip well beyond the tour itself.
Everything about the tour was exactly as advertised, and the stop for lunch was lovely. I would highly recommend this tour, especially with Sean.

Rich made the tour funny: great stories, funny, insightful, and informative. Played interesting and appropriate tunes as well to mix things up. Like all tours, there is usually one troubled person and Rich handled everything professionally and casually. And we got a feee cookie! Also, just as a side note, another guide from another tour (Sean?) was kind enough to answer some questions for me. An untimely hot weatherman’s would have liked a bit more on the air conditioning, but that is probably a rare occurrence for us.

Rachel did a good job driving, was nice and the Outlander locations were very good however we were disappointed that the tour didn’t feel like an Outlander experience. Some other folks thought the same as well. A suggestion would be to play Outlander music while on the bus, only the Skye Boat song was played once. Talking more about the series while on the bus would have also been nice keeping everyone in the mood. It also would have been nice if the driver saw the entire series to be more familiar with the tour.

This Outlander Tour was exactly the right pace, giving us time to stand and feel the spots we saw in the series. Our guide, Sean Gordon was highly knowledgeable, personable, and funny. Worth the time and the money. Duncan was an amazing tour guide. He was a great blend of fun and informative, relaxed and on task. We didn't feel rushed, we got to take in the sights, yet Duncan kept us relatively on schedule and we hit a few extra stops.
