Charles, our guide, was fantastic! He was amazing with our kids (10, 8 and 5) and kept everyone engaged and interested the whole time. Our kids were so excited to learn more about how Harry Potter came to be. Charles was patient and kind, answering all the questions they had. Highly recommend the private tour as it makes it easy to listen and the pacing was great for the kids.
Our tour guide was fantastic! I loved the private tour because it had a more relaxed vibe, and we got a chance to chat with our guide. Highly recommend this tour!

Charlie was awesome. This experience was so much more than a Harry Potter tour, but is was magical in every way.
Our guide was fabulous! He really brought to life the story behind J.K. Rowling's Harry Potter series. We are all still trying to use the spell he taught us on changing red lights to green but alas, we are deficient muggles. I wouldn't necessarily do this tour with young kids, even if Harry Potter fans. One member of our group was disappointed in that he thought we'd actually being seeing where the movie was filmed. The tour is more about where JK Rowling got her inspirations. Great tour.

Our guide, Christine, was wonderful! She provided so much insight to the writings of JK Rowling and shared her HP knowledge on character names and building inspiration for the author. Thus your has been one of the top three highlights of our stay in Edinburgh. The tour group was also very kind working with us when my husband felt unwell on our original tour date. A real top notch company with excellent customer service!
Ms. Green was FANTASTIC! She was able to get my father (a non HP fan) interested in the tour! She was kind and so so knowledgeable about JK, Harry, and whole book process! As a bonus she also was extremely knowledgeable about Edinburgh and its history! Would definitely recommend the tour and Ms. Green!!!
Familiarizing ourselves with the Old Town area and seeing some of the inspiration behind The Harry Potter franchise was very interesting. It was cool to see where much of the story was created.

It was nice to have a private tour but could have used a little more interaction. We did find it confusing to where we were going to meet our guide but once we found him it was good.
We had a fantastic time checking out the grave stones that gave JK Rowling ideas for some of the characters in the books. We got to see many different spots and learn about each of them

A lot of fun for adults and kids!!!our tour guide was fun and knowledgeable. He knew real details of JK and dispelled many myths. Fun to see the various sites and he recited lines from the book. Also knew all the trivia. Worth every penny!!

Our guide was knowledgeable and it was fun to see Edinburgh through the eyes of JK Rowling and see some of the various places that inspired her writings.
This was by far the best tour of our trip in the city of Edinburgh. Our guide Catherine was the best, she was the authority on Harry Potter and she showed us all the coolest places, where JKR got her inspiration and she was an amazing storyteller. Bring your Wands,,, we did lots of spells and I have to recommend this tour to everyone.
