It took an extra hour from start time to begin excursion. We did NOT get to snorkel and ended up getting back to beach 2 hours after it began. Seemed like some “promoters” were more interested in the SINGLE WOMEN than the entire group and felt very ONE SIDED. And the “snacks” was a tray of fruit and a bag of chips with a SHARED cup of cheese. While some staff were very pleasant and assertive others were focused on OTHER things. There were MANY other similar catamarans out I would say, DO YOUR RESEARCH!!!

This was a good experience! The only downside is that you have to take your shoes off and walk in the water, which is about 2 feet deep to get on the boat. I think the description should state swimwear is suggested along with swim shoes. The staff was superb! Unlimited drinks and lite snacks were provided.

Fun half day excursion.

We had a lot of fun on the boat. The music is loud and lots of people drinking, so if thats not your thing, don't book it. We however enjoyed it and loved swimming at the last stop. The staff was lovely and friendly and Lyndsey was super responsive to my questions.

2 people injured from glass on boat

1. There was broken GLASS on the transportation boat back to shore. 2 of my friends suffered a deep cut to the foot and were bleeding profusely. No medical help / first aid kit was provided, and to make things worse, the driver rushed us to leave despite seeing the injury. We had to visit a doctor’s clinic ourselves. 1 friend had glass stuck so deep inside her foot she needed to fly back home immediately for medical attention. 2. Apart from safety, there was a lack of transparent pricing. There is a photographer on board to take pics. However, it was not clear that this was not included in the price. I understand if it’s not, but it needs to be clearly communicated with prices listed. We had to haggle and were charged ~$270 for photos. It’s unfortunate because we did have a great time on the main boat. Pictures turned out great. The crew made sure we had a fun experience and the activities were good. BUT safety is a top concern and this level of negligence is unacceptable. The operators are fully responsible for confirming the safety of the main AND transportation boats before people board. There needs to be a first aid kit to attend to medical emergencies. What was supposed to be a great memory turned into 2 of our friends’ trip being completely ruined.

This is a great reasonable priced trip to get out on the water along with an opportunity to get in and cool off. Coffee as a host and his team were incredibly accommodating and made sure we had a good time. Even upon booking Lindsay helped adjust our choice as we initially booked on the family cruise but were looking for a more adult excursion and then when we ran into a few pick up snags helped us out. From our resort the boat was actually nice and walkable. Great, memorable afternoon with friends.
