The only decent experience was a driver was very nice and picked us up on time. There was a lot of confusion as far as directions and what to do once we arrived on the beach. We didn’t get on the boat until after 345pm and our excursion was booked for 230pm. It was very unorganized and uncoordinated. Once we got onto the boat, we were never offered an actual bar or liquor or any snacks ! The workers kept trying to get us to buy over priced food items and bottles of liquor. The reservation stated an open bar and snacks included. It was very misleading. After I talked with the guy who was trying to sell me the liquor bottle he then tried to charge me a fee for using my card. It also mentioned snorkeling and never once were we offered snorkeling equipment nor were we even in a good place to snorkel. We then were brought back to the boat around 545 when we were promised a 4 hr tour. I personally wouldn’t book with this company again.

On the day of your tour (a Saturday), we had a particularly high number of guests (around 300) which required coordination across several boats. While this did cause a brief delay in the boarding process, we can confirm that your boat departed at approximately 3:15 PM. Despite the later start, all guests received the full 3 hours catamaran experience as clearly outlined in our product description on Viator.
We would also like to clarify that our tour includes an open bar with national drinks only, such as Presidente beer and four flavors of cocktails. We do not include premium liquors or extra food beyond the snacks we advertise: nachos with cheese and tropical fruits. This is all transparently stated in our listing. If someone approached you trying to sell premium liquor or other food items, they were likely independent beach vendors at the natural pool area and not affiliated with our staff. Our team members wear identifiable uniforms and are trained not to engage in unauthorized sales.
Regarding the snorkeling portion of the tour, it is the first activity once guests board the catamaran, and we provide masks and life vests for those who wish to participate. We are sorry to hear that you didn’t enjoy the snorkeling spot; however, it is considered one of the best areas for this activity in the Bávaro area, and we have never received a complaint about its suitability before.
Lastly, you mentioned expecting a 4 hours tour. Please note that our standard catamaran excursion is a 3 hours experience, as stated in the tour description. Only guests who book private charters have the option to customize longer durations. We are unsure where the 4 hours expectation originated, but we are confident that our team did not provide incorrect information on this point.
We sincerely regret that this experience did not reflect the high standards we strive to uphold, but we hope this response provides clarity. We take all feedback seriously and continue to improve our operations to ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience for all our guests.

Getting on the boat is a task. If you are short it is a challenge due to walking out in the ocean and the waves. I bruised both of my legs.
The ride was beautiful but the drinks and the food are a NO. I will suggest bringing your own bottle and snacks.

Regarding the boarding process, we understand that entering the boat from the beach can be challenging on days when the sea is rough. During your visit, the weather forecast had predicted higher-than-usual waves, which unfortunately made boarding more difficult than normal. We always do our best to assist all guests during boarding to ensure their safety and comfort.
As for the drinks, we’re sorry they didn’t meet your expectations. We serve Presidente beer and a selection of cocktails, all of which meet local quality standards regulated by the government. Concerning food, as clearly stated in our tour description, we do not serve full meals onboard only tropical fruits and light snacks like nachos with cheese.

the activity was fun for the most part. the party boat we originally booked, was not the one we were on and we had to be the dj because they didn't have DJ to play music. the drinks tasted like pure juice like no alcohol were in them. other than that, it was fun when everyone got together in the water from all the other boats.

We don't have a Dj on board. We have an MC that plays music and also lets our clients pick some songs so they can have fun with the music they like. We are sorry to hear that you didn't like the drinks, we have a variety of different cocktails that are prepared and sealed by a company leaded by Germans that's authorized by the goverment to ensure good quality of alcohol for our clients, along with Presidente beer (the most popular dominican beer)

Pros-Very good communication from the organisers. They also sent a taxi to pick me up from my Airbnb to the meeting point, and back to my place after the event.
Lots of people on the boat (both tourists and DR indigenes) about 0.5 miles off the beach. A couple of free drinks but you will need to buy any additional alcoholic drinks.
Good opportunity to swim in the 3 ft deep water (suits both swimmers and non-swimmers). The whole event lasted about 3 hours. About 25 other boats filled with party-goers were on the coastline at the same time.
Cons-Slightly long queues at the registration office as there were lots of people trying to book onto the other boat tours.

Really great experience… Anyone looking to have a good time, I mean a really good time then this boat ride is for you. I like how all the boat meet up and everyone in the water having a sea party. The drinks were on point. The food was so good. I had to order more tacos. A lil pricey but worth it.

I booked the party boat trip to celebrate my sister-in-law's birthday. The staff was amazing! They made sure to have everyone sing happy birthday to her! Fun time dancing, swimming and snorkeling, we all had an amazing time and my sister-in-law said it was the best birthday ever! Thank you so much!

Not what I expected . Been on many boat parties and was really disappointed In the fact the “open bar” was just rum
Punch or pina coladas or mamajana shots. You couldn’t even get the drinks just on the rocks . They should really write that in the description. The main MC of the boat was good and entertaining but the bartenders seemed miserable like they didn’t want to be there. We had a good group on our boat so that made it better and the music was okay. The drinks that they did have I was told were super nasty. So if you do decide to do this I would recommend drinking prior . There is definitely better boat tours in Punta Cana .

However, for those who want to drink something different there is a premium bar available on board with an additional cost.
