Very poor service and disgusting food

This tour company offer a very poor service no real concept of customer service or feedback. The food was absolutely discussing, bland fried fish with a mayo based salad just not right. They had no beef nor wine, not even for sale, the music was loaf beyond the recommended decibel amount and after asked ng them to lower the volumen the boat “manager” was rude and basically told me no. The staff were in for themselves no engagement with the group it was just not a nice experience. would not recommend

We would however like to clarify a few points for future travelers. All our tours listed on Viator are group excursions, not private tours, as clearly stated in the product description. Regarding the food, guests are offered a choice between chicken, fish or pork, which is also indicated in our listing. On the day of your excursion, you selected fish and chicken. Beef and wine are not part of our menu and are not advertised as such. The salad served was a mixed local-style salad made with corn, tomatoes, chickpeas and black beans. Concerning the music, our boats are subject to regular decibel controls, and we consistently operate within authorized levels. Caribbean music is a standard part of the local excursion atmosphere, and we always try to ensure a balance that suits the majority of our guests. We regret that you felt dissatisfied with the service, as our team made every effort throughout the day to ensure your comfort and enjoyment. It is worth noting that the rest of the group expressed satisfaction with the experience, and we were pleased to see moments of enjoyment shared on board. We always value feedback as it helps us improve, and we wish you pleasant future travels.
