Not worth the money or time

Got picked up at hotel in a van only to have to stop 2 more times to pick up others...sometimes waiting for up to 30 minutes. Jammed into a van. (Not great especially with Covid still around.). Got to beach and it was very disorganized. After adding an additional 3 people we were not told that we could not use a cc. Had to use an ATM with a fee to get the money. Boat was in terrible condition. Actual parasailing ride was shorter than stated to us. Overall not a great experience.

My experience was something I’ll never forget. I thought this would be safe and at least I can trust the boat people to make sure things are good on their end, just for the motor to give up on the boat causing my friend and I to drown and literally fight for our lives. This was something I could never forget and not in a good way to each is own but make sure you ask these types of questions because almost dying isn’t an experience I wanted to have.

It was a very fun and pleasure sailing. Thanks to Viator and local Punta Cana team. The driver showed up on time to pick up, I was a little worried after reading some reviews that said driver was late.... but we had no such issues... had a very pleasant parasailing biking with Viator

This tour was a lot of fun. The previous couple got slightly dipped in the water, but we did not. That would have been cool. I guess you have to request it. Nevertheless, the view and pace was nice.

Overall, parasailing was very fun. You get to see some beautiful views of Punta Cana. Only thing I wish was that they explained the process before they send you up. They just suit you up and send you off.

This excursion was originally booked for 03/15/2017. I contacted Caribbean Route to schedule the pickup time. I was told the pickup time would be 1:00 PM. At 1:00 PM, a Caribbean Route representative contacted me via email and stated the excursion would need to be rescheduled due to high winds. The new pickup date and time was now 03/16/2017 at 1:10 PM. After waiting 30 minutes, I contacted Caribbean Route at 1:40 PM and was told the new pickup time would be 2:10 PM. After sitting in the lobby for 30 minutes, I called once again at 2:40 PM and was told the driver was entering the front gate. After waiting another 30 minutes, no one arrived to pick me up or call me. This is unacceptable!

Parasailing was great! The photographer took pictures of my husband and I for $40.00. We were looking forward to seeing them, but was told that the camera got wet and wiped out all the photos. We did get our refund back. Caesar from Caribbean Ride was so helpful and genuine. I would recommend him!

Our boat had broken down that day and we were unable to go with our original captain but he made some calls and got us on another boat. There were at least 15 people being shuffled around on the boat waiting for their turn in the sky so I didn't feel that we got a long enough ride in the sky but our time was very fun, and very high.
