Pick up driver 40 minutes late it was all down hill from there I read the reviews before booking but didn’t believe them it’s bad no fun at all

I booked this trip to do parasailing They picked me up they never offered free drinks no snacks. The host was in the water the whole time. We only did snorkeling for 20 mins. Then towards the end of the trip they told me I can’t do parasailing. Please book a trip with someone else. Its not worth it

We are very sorry about the inconvenience you had, unfortunately the LAW in the Dominican Republic didn't let us serve alcoholic drinks on the boats until JULY !5 2021. We just were allowed a few days ago. . About the parasailing we have to follow certain security measures with the wind speed so we can not fly when the wind conditions may cause risk either because there is not enough wind or there is too much. We have taken a extra bus service so we have a better timing. Thanks for your comments they will helps us improve our service.

This tour was amazing. The staff was super friendly. FYI take motion sickness pills before taking this tour if you struggle with getting sea sick lol other than that GREAT EXPERIENCE D

Very excited about this dual excursion. It started off that we were picked up from our resort 20 mins late, so it had us quite concerned that when we booked our pickup time that the people picking us up had not properly confirmed our pickup time. When we arrived at the location were we provided a rough looking life jacket, and then loaded on a small boat that was in no way considered a party boat. The staff however were fun and uplifting. Tried to make sure everyone was having a great time. The snorkeling was fun. In a nice location where staff made sure you could see lots. But there was so many other tour companies in the same location that you were snorkelling into lots of people which was disappointing. Then we were picked up from the party boat to go paraisiling. We had to make a long ride to pick up other people at hotels, that it was really time consuming. Once everyone was picked up approx 10 people you had to sit in the boat and wait for everyone to do there paraisailing. More time wasted. Once your turn came around, you only spent a Max of five mins up in the air. Then brought back down. That was definitely not worth the money. Afterwards you were taken back to the party boat, drinks were served but only beer and rum/coke. Then you were taken back to the start location. Overall, not worth the money for Canadians.
