Overview
Parasail above Punta Cana's aquamarine waters during this 1-hour adventure. Fly 500 feet (152 meters) in the air while securely strapped in to a safety harness. What a great experience! Two thumbs up to the host Antonio! He was awesome! He met us at the transport van and guided us to the boat. The parasailing operators were awesome as well. They took plenty of photos of me and my friend while in the air with our cameras. Wow! What great memories we’ll have. The host Antonio offered us a great deal to go on a catamaran cruise afterwards. We took the deal and it was the best! The vibe was fun and the music was awesome! I never danced to salsa music before. We definitely enjoyed ourselves. I highly recommend to all tourist to do both excursions. You can’t beat the price and the memories will last a lifetime!

Description is not accurate, service is terrible, I strongly recommend to avoid this experience.
They do not pick you up, calls you an hour late, you have to go to the beach and walk to where you’ll be picked up by a boat. You’ll wait another hiur or so, and security measures are a joke.

Trip was canceled. I wasn’t notified until I called wondering where the pickup was. We had been waiting for them to pick us up at a hotel. I had received no notification. Viator has the trip marked completed, but it was not completed, it was canceled. Still waiting on a refund.

We got an email/text the night before to bump our time to a little later in the day, which was fine because we didn’t have anything else going on until late afternoon. Resort pick up was easy and we wound up going on the parasailing trip with 6 others. My husband was a little apprehensive, but once we started and got done, he said it was the most relaxing part of the trip. We ended our day there, while others continued on for more adventures. They called a ride specially for us to head back early and we made it just in time for our afternoon appointment.

My wife and I had signed up for parasailing and shop tours, but were invited to join the catamaran tour as well without charge. Originally we weren't interested, but Norbert and his crew made us glad we went! Free drinks and a great time made it worth it! We will definitely do this with them again!

We can really review this tour because we got weathered out, but we can review the company that offers the tour. They are an awesome company to work with. When we showed up we found out that the weather was not safe for parasailing. So the man that met us, Crazy Carlos, said we could go out on the catamaran and snorkel and visit the sting rays and sharks and then have some fun time in the shallow waters off a secluded beach. We joined on that excursion and while many of the other boats we saw had at least twice the number of people onboard, we only has about a dozen people and felt really comfortable onboard. they staff was extremely attentive and took really great care of us offering water and Mama Juana or sodas. It poured down rain a lot of the trip, but that made it even funner. There was lots of dancing and fun on this trip. Not only were we offered the alternative excursion, but the company also refunded us 50 of the price we paid on the original excursion since we didnt get to go parasailing...that is pretty amazing.

Thomstours is AMAZING. I booked the Two Great Adventures excursion but had some other friends that booked the Four Great Adventures that included the shark and stingray encounter for the same day. On arrival, they let me switch my excursion to the Four Great one with zero hassle. Carlos is such a great host and made sure everyone was having fun and was safe. I was extremely nervous about the shark and stringray encounter and he never once left my side and coached me through the entire thing. It ended up being one of the best days of my life being able to hold a stringray and touch a shark. I would absolutely book through Thomstours again if more like when I return to the DR.

I had parasailed before, but it was my friend first time... It was a very good excursion, the problem we had was that they ran out of film before they could get our pictures. That really was a deal breaker because that was her first time ever parasailing, and she has no pictures to show or to look back on... I still would recommend this, that probably was a first time that ever happened I don't know, but it was really nice.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE BOOK this parasailing tour over any other tour! Thomas is the best host in Punta Cana. The service this man provided for us far exceeded what we were looking for. The day of the parasailing tour the weather was bad high winds. Thomas contacted us about canceling due to that but offered us to do other stuff in replacement for not being able to go parasailing unless the weather changes. He kept in contact with us throughout the day to let us know if the weathers have cleared up. When it was 30 mins before our excursion he told us that parasailing is available and since he offered us the other excursion he gave us both to do no extra charge. This is some of the kindness and great customer service Thomas provided for us. He even offered us a free ride the the airport because we had no way to get there free of charge. Thomas goes above and beyond for all his customers and I wouldn't recommend any other guy but him. We also booked the Punta Cana Discovery Package: Dune Buggy Adventure and Catamaran Cruise with him and he and Carlos provided great service on the boat as well

A+ This was a fast paced tour which we really liked. They were very clear on our plans and kept things moving smoothly. Views and crew were amazing. Pictures were dropped off our hotel and were amazing quality. The photographer also snapped a bunch of photos with our camera for us.

Henry provided us a first class luxury service. He picked us up in a private car and provided us transportation to our hotel. Then he send us a private boat to take us to our parasailing trip. Everything was organized and taken care of. We had some schedule changes and had moved our parasailing from Sunday to Monday. He was courteous and accommodated us. The parasailing experience was fantastic. After we were done Henry was waiting for us and drove us to Macao beach for lunch at a local spot. This was not part of the excursion. The food was fantastic. Henry goes above and beyond for his customers. His service and hosting was excellent. He then drove us to our shopping excursion which came with the package. We went to a local store, tried some amazing wine and purchased souvenirs at an amazing price and discount. He then dropped us back to our hotel and provided transport to the airport. I must say he made everything very easy for us. I highly recommend him and will be using his service every time I come back to Punta Canta.

Great time. We were able to switch days without a problem. Pickup was a bit delayed but the supervisor took great care of us. Equipment was in top shape and crews were super friendly. I highly recommend this trip.

Our parasailing activity was cancelled due to weather however the company compensated by allowing us to enjoy a Boat ride that included snorkeling, swimming with a stingray and shark, then off to enjoy a natural pool. The workers were awesome, I feel they made this such a fun, loving experience. I hope to enjoy another event in the future with this company.

primero que nada decia a la 1:00 AM, llamamos porque habia un error en la hora, llamamos tres horas antes, nada, tratamos que conciege ayudara, no hubo comunicacion, todos los demas tours nos recogieron como acordado, menos este, y fueron tres tours en cinco dias, trate de aclarar con la compañia, pero aun teniendo informacion de parte de Viator, no hubo oportunidad sino darme otra fecha, ya estaba de vuelta en Puerto Rico, se supone nos recogieran, teniamos que llegar a otro resort para coger el tour, desastre el primer dia de vacaciones, no lo recomiendo

Unfortunately, the weather is unpredictable, constantly changing. Parasailing has to do with the wind and it is the reason why many times we change people for the following days.
