False Advertising

Myself and Friends was very disappointed with this excursion. The experience we received did not match what was advertised. The listing stated that alcoholic beverages, bottled water, lunch (jerk chicken and fried plantains), our group did not receive everything that was promised. The excursion was also advertised as a Jamaican Sunset Ride, but that is not the experience we received. The company even acknowledged the issue and apologized, confirming that the advertised excursion was not what was provided. When customers pay for an excursion, they expect to receive exactly what is advertised. False advertising and failing to provide the included amenities is unacceptable. I have requested a full refund, I hope the company improves its honesty in advertising and ensures future customers receive the experience they pay for.
