Great Except...

Okay so lets start with how the details of this excursion are false. It was not a private boat for just you and your party. There was also no floating bar. Matter of fact there was no alcohol at all. Even though I called and asked if there would be alcohol the day before and they told me there would be. I literally had to call the company before we got on the boat the day of, to let them know the problem. They were able to provide us with bottles of liquor after chasing people down blindly trying to figure out who worked for the company on a crowded beach full of people trying to sell things to me. Eventually I was able to find someone who gave us the bottles that we apparently "should have been given before we got on the boat", but that was never communicated to us. So all of that caused us to miss our boat. Luckily we were able to be placed on another boat and ended up having a great time with the people on our boat. I would have gave 4 stars if it wasn't for the false info in the details that then caused a hassle because we ended up having a great time.

Due to the government alcohol ban, we make our best to provide the best service, to have a boat private we require a minimum of 10 people and you did not reach that amount of people, we are so sorry your expectations were not fulfilled, we will do our best next time

Yassss!!! Highly recommend this tour operator. Wasn't the fanciest boat, but I think we had the best time out of all the boats out there. The crew was so dope! They had the music jumping and were very entertaining. I even got a surprise birthday champagne 🍾. That was so nice. First time doing the slide...so much fun. And I love that we pretty much had the boat to ourselves. There was a couple up top, but we definitely felt safe social distancing. We drank all the rum tho lol. Thanks guys.
