Perfect boat excursion experience

Had an absolutely incredible time on this trip! Julio and the team were so attentive, always refilling drinks immediately and making sure we were having a great time. Was a smaller group since so didn’t feel overcrowded. The fish while snorkelling were so beautiful and the sandbar was an absolute vibe. Danced, drank and made the absolute best memories with my friends for our 40th birthday trip. Also the perfect length of time and the door to door service with the driver made it very safe and comfortable.

The staff was fun. Free drinks were disorganized. I never saw anyone with free nachos. You have to walk they seaweed to get on boat. Not enough seating.

The experience was great, u really enjoyed myself. The staff was friendly and courteous. I ended up losing my phone on the van. The driver brought it back for me on the same day. I weren’t able to get it. The next day another staff drive for at least two hours in total to to bring the phone back to me for free of charge. That was more than just customer satisfaction. I have no words to describe. I will definitely book with infinity again.
