I cannot say enough good things about this company and this excursion. This experience is not to be missed. The communication from start to finish was top notch. Jose went above and beyond to make sure that we were able to still attend this excursion, even after a flight change left us with time restraints. We would not have been able to attend without his communication and special arrangements. We are so grateful!! About the experience: they confirmed the night before, gave us a wake up call, and picked us up at our hotel. The van was comfortable. The drive was smooth. The breakfast food and views were awesome. The Lake Humantay hike is intense- take the horses :) It gives you extra time and energy to explore once you get to the top. Lake Humantay is one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen. They give you plenty of time to explore and take pictures and soak up the beauty of that place. The hike down was enjoyable and we even saw wild alpaca. Pure magic. Lunch was at the same place as breakfast, but food was good for both meals and it is a beautiful place to relax. Advice: bring sunscreen, bug spray, water, and money to pay for restrooms once at the mountain. I can’t not recommend this tour enough. The company is honest and reliable, our guide Felipe was awesome and took photos for us and made sure no one was left behind, and our driver Elvis was skilled on those narrow dirt roads. 10/10 would recommend. Make sure to add this to your Peru adventures, you will not be disappointed!

Es un lugar maravilloso, es increíble lo bonito del lugar. También increíblemente cansado y duro pero vale la pena por completo el experimentar todo el cansancio para llegar a un lugar tan increíble. La verdad todo el tour está bien, pero el guía que nos tocó era súper apático, jamás intento congeniar con el grupo y en la subida nos dejó por nuestra cuenta. En cambio los otros guías iban con su grupo, tenían nombre y se veía como convivían entre todos muy bonito. A nuestro grupo lo perdió, jamás intentó juntarnos y por lo mismo tuvimos que esperar 1 hora solos en el lugar de partida porque varios se perdieron. Muy mala atención por parte de nuestro guía. Además le ajustaron el horario. Nosotros habíamos contratado para el grupo de las 4 am y un día antes nos cambiaron el horario. Mal organizado pero la extendía de conocer la Laguna es increíble.
