This was such a fun, interesting and entertaining activity. Loved going through the market with tastings and overview of the fruits snd food. Making the cocktails was a highlight and step by step instructions to make the delicious food. Great value for money and a very fun evening. Would highly recommend. Jorges was great.

From the market tour to the hands on cooking, Jorge was phenomenal and a master at his craft. He kept everyone involved and answered all our questions. He taught us how to both cook authentic Peruvian cuisine, but present it as well. The small group size allowed for small talk and learning of others in the class. I would highly recommend the class if you are in Cusco.

I would highly recommend this tour for everyone. The tour of the San Pedro Market was very interesting with our guide, Chef Jesus, providing lots of interesting information. With that being said, the highlight was the cooking and food. For my experience we made two cocktails, a starter, a main course, and had a classic Peruvian dessert. For the entire activity Chef Jesus was very personable and provided great information as well as tips for not only what we were cooking in the class, but that you could use at home as well. I take cooking classes wherever I go and this one stands out as one of my favorites.

We really enjoyed this experience with chef Jorge. He took us shopping for the ingredients in the local market. Showed us the variety of Peruvian produce and then showed us a sampling of how to cook it. The food was very yummy. We also learnt to present it beautifully. Would highly recommend

Amazing food, people, and a lot learned!

We had a great time exploring the market, trying things we likely would have not stopped to try on our own, and learning about the local ingredients. We spent about an hour in the market and then about 3 in the class itself. The class was awesome - we made (and ate) great food and cocktails and learned so much along the way. Chef Jorge was awesome, the kitchen space was super clean and everyone working was so kind and friendly. Highly recommend this experience if you are looking for something unique to do during your time in Cusco!

Had a great time going thru the markets and picking up food. Learning about the traditions of the marketplace. It was a hands on experience making two cocktails and three dishes. Jesus was amazing and added his chef flare to the dishes. Everything was amazing and a lot of food. I would highly recommend this adventure.

We loved our Peruvian cooking class with Jorge! It was 4 hours well spent! The experience started at the San Pedro Al Mercado where Jorge took us around to a variety of vendors, hand picked the ingredients we'd be using later, shared information about what he was selecting and why they suited the recipes. The kitchen where we prepared the food and the culinary staff who assisted Jorge were exceptionally well organized and friendly. We're excited to take these recipes home and prepare them for our family. Thanks for a great evening!

The class was very nice and we left full! Each step was explained well and the small group was nice. Jorge, the chef was great and he really made an effort to make everyone comfortable. They offered modifications for allergies or things you just didn’t want to eat. I’m not a fan of fish and he offered something else. Overall it was great. It is a little bit long so make sure you are prepared for the length.

This was absolutely an awesome experience! Chef Eric was the best. So knowledgeable and fun. We had some issues finding the tour start location because my navigation wasn't working, and they were extremely helpful in getting us there. We got to experience the San Pedro Market, which was really interesting and gave us lots of ideas for things to get when we go back. The cooking class was so fun! We learned how to make several dishes and 2 cocktails, and we got the recipes for everything. We were stuffed by the time we left! I learned so many cooking and cocktsil making tips. This is very much worth the cost of the experience. I would highly recommend it!

This excursion was very interesting and fun at first, with the San Pedro market tour! I definitely learned a lot. I did feel like the market tour and the cooking classes were very long altogether. I was definitely ready to go home after. It would have been nice to actually have individual burners and learn how to cook each meal. It felt very school like with us passing around bowls of ingredients and putting them in our station. Definitely hands off. Oh, and not to mention one of the European guys in our group kept sniffing the bowl of food that we used for our ingredients :/.
