The place is amaizing but the tour company is not to trust I was trying to connect with them to confirm time and all the stuff, didn’t text/email/call me back! I was calling viator at 400 am the day of the tour to know if they would pick me up, they came after 30 min, It was only one guide for 19 people the van was overcrowded and they even drop us in some other plaza….

One of the most amazing places I have seen in my life. I recommend getting accustomed to the elevation of Cusco before attempting this hike. We were in Ollantaytambo and then went to Cusco prior to this hike and I still was quite winded going up. Once we got there though it was all worth it. The breakfast and lunch that were provided was quite delicious.

The lagoon is beautiful and really worth visiting. The tour itself has a lot of driving and little time at the location. But I reckon it’s the only way of visiting the place. There is no much guidance needed. The hike can be challenging due to its steepness and altitude, but doable.
