This was such a fun evening! David was really kind and funny, and explained everything to us very well. The chocolate is really high quality and delicious, and the setting overlooking Cusco is beautiful. Would really recommend!

This chocolate workshop was a blast!! We can’t stay enough good about David - his communication skills and positive personality made the evening so memorable! He taught us each step in the whole chocolate process perfectly. Damaso - the assistant was also very helpful and fun! The evening view from the place was beautiful! Our chocolates turned out great! I would definitely recommend this workshop! Thanks for a great & memorable evening!

This experience was highly rated. So we booked it. Others in our group seemed to enjoy it. We however did not. It simply seems like the first time they have ever done it. Not well organized at all. The instructor even commented it was a big group like he was surprised. However, they set the size of the group and its stated in the description. Some of the equipment did not work. Because of this the way we proceeded did not seem sanitary, having to share everything with other groups, hands in. Other experiences on Viator showed roasting the beans and actually making the chocolate this was just melting it and putting it into molds. Just overall not for me.

A last minute activity the night before we left Cusco! What fun we had! What a view ! What beautiful food at the restaurant after the CACAO CHOCOLATE making experience. A delightful, sassy and fun chocolate making teacher! They have other activities which are fun! Defiantly worth doing! The whole building has a vibe as soon as you walk in wish we had of discovered this area of town earlier!

Our instructor Randy was great, and the chocolate was delicious! I would note that this class just included melting chocolate to make truffles and different things, and does not include processing the cacao beans themselves.

Sunset for Chocolates

It was a fun Workshop even if we were just 2 students in that particular time. We got to make delicious chocolate pieces, ganache, with fillings like nuts, coconut flakes and dried fruits. We also utilized the remaining chocolates and concocted it into Special Hot Chicolate Drinks. Abelardo, our Instructor, is so cool and engaging. He was classically trained in Belgium and divides his time between the two countries. The other beautiful thing about this class is that you get to do it overlooking the Cusco Skyline just at the time of Sunset! It’s a Chocolate Workshop with Cusco Sunset Viewing! I had a spectacular time!

This was a really fun way to spend an evening while acclimating to Cusco’s higher elevation. Abelardo was a funny, patient, and knowledgeable person and he made it a genuinely good experience. Definitely recommend!

The workshop was such a fun class to learn about this history of chocolate in the region and to get some hands-on experience making it. The venue was also amazing with a view of Cusco at sunset.
