Poor communications from this vendor. The day before, I had no tickets or meaning place or time. I was left hanging all day with no response to calls or emails. When arriving at aqua calientes… no one to meet me. Finally get a cal and had to hunt for them thru the maze surrounding the station. Requested help from Viator which was useless. They finally issued a worthless voucher for a Machu Picchu trip when you need 4 actual tickets and drivers need to be arranged.
