Terrible experience

Vendor experience was extremely poor. Went to the location provided on our tickets. No Viator representative was present, however, we started getting texts and emails stating they were waiting for us. Again, not at the location we were given and we were called "No Shows" and couldn't get any other response, but a refund refusal. Definitely Do Not Book this event!!!!!!!!!!!
