We had a late pickup in SJO and needed to drive 2-3 hours that evening and our driver was timely even after dealing with our flight delays. He was extremely helpful, friendly and even helped us figure out the hotel once we got there. I would highly recommend this company.

Very nice and spoke English well. We were able to stop for lunch and other stops asking the way of at needed to.
We were flying in late to San Jose and did not want to make the drive to La Fortuna in the dark. We stayed at a hotel near the airport and our driver was on time the next day to expertly navigate the curvy roads. He delivered us in a timely fashion and we were able to check into our room early. I think his name was Mauricio. He was very polite!

The driver was professional, the car was quite nice, and prompt with communication. He watched our flight to know when we arrived, messaged consistently before, stopped for lunch as we had not eaten.
Wonder driver with prompt service and very helpful. Suggested a great fun place to stop and eat along the way.
Good chauffeur, got us to the destination safely despite the pouring rain and also provided us a stop in between for needed refreshments
We had a fantastic ride. We even stopped at an awesome restaurant for a quick bite which was very much appreciated after a long travel day.
Worst experience . My flight was delayed and I tried to contact them. They claim they never got my message . They refuse a refund . Would not recommend

Simple, quick, on time transportation. Nice vehicle and comfortable seats. Our driver, Donnis, was very friendly and gave us a little tour of La Fortuna when we came through.
Made any necessary stops along the way such as the ATM and pointed out the volcano. Got there safely
Day before pickup, car service reached out to confirm travel plans. Driver was early! Good drive from San Jose to LA Fortuna.
Our driver Fabian was very kind and knowledgeable and picked out a great spot for an authentic Costa Rican lunch! We highly recommend him and hope our paths cross again in future Costa Rican travel.
Had a wonderful experience. Long shuttle ride to La Fortuna but our driver/guide was very nice and made several stops for food and bathroom breaks :)

Our trip was from San jose to LA fortuna
Roberto was much more than a driver. He provided us with information as if this was a tour of the country. We stopped and had lunch at a Soda and he recommended places and foods to eat during our stay.. A very welcome beginning to our first trip to Costa Rica.
Our driver William was excellent! He was informative, a cautious driver, and genuinely cared about our comfort. He used google translate to make sure we understood everything. The drive felt like a tour! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
Fabian was fantastic! Was waiting for us the minute we walked out of the airport. Safe travel on some crazy roads. I would recommend 7 Tours to anyone needing transportation!!
