Tour operator not open to do the tour on the day we booked

I booked this tour to have a great experience with my family and friends . Information about the tour on the viator website is not correct. Even viator didn’t know that the tour is closed on Saturday and Sunday. The tour operator was not present. I would appreciate for my money to be refunded back to me ASAP
