There are not enough words for the hospitality and experience we had in the cooking class we took today. Camilla was the best host and a great teacher. The view and home were beautiful, the food was great and the recipes were simple. The wine and olive oil were also SO good! Cannot wait to make our own pasta and focaccia when we get home.

We had an amazing experience taking a cooking class in Tuscany. The setting was beautiful, and the hosts were warm, welcoming, and very knowledgeable. We made delicious traditional dishes using fresh local ingredients, and the hands-on experience made it both fun and easy to follow. Camille and her husband were the best hosts.

We had an amazing time at Camilla’s family farm cooking class. She was super friendly and very patient with all of our children. We made two different kinds of bread and pastas that were super fresh and delicious and topped it off with her family red wine. It was such a wonderful day and a memory we’ll cherish. Thank you!

First off, I should say I never write reviews. Like Never. I still get crap from my kids about not leaving a review for our driver Luca who took us to Positano back in 2019. But we just left this amazing day with Camilla and her daughter Chiara and I couldn’t wait to write this. There were 10 of my family members ranging in age from 21 to 79 plus a cute couple from Australia in our group cooking class and everything was absolutely perfect. Camilla invited us into her lovely farm and was a patient, authentic and knowledgable teacher and made us feel totally at home. Oil olive and wines were farm to table and across the board excellent. She was bombarded with questions from my generally extremely inquisitive family and was very well prepared and coordinated with no lapses of time in between the different things we were learning to cook. It was so special to share a piece of an italian vineyard life and it was a day my family will cherish and remember forever. We have already decided we are going back for the truffle hunting experience next year! Grazie Mille Camilla!

Cami was delightful! We totally enjoyed our experience. If your driving just be aware that the drive is a little bumpy.

Camilla was the perfect guest and we had so much great authentic Italian food! Making pasta was so fun. The scenery is very picturesque and perfect. Good wine paired with each course! Fantastic and better than I ever anticipated.

We were traveling in a passenger van which made driving to the location a little treacherous. It was way up a dirt road with many potholes. Don't bring your low sports car! While overall we did enjoy our experience both the cooking and food it wasn't exactly what I thought we were getting especially for the price. The pictures are quite deceiving online making it look like a well-cared for, comfortable patio but it was very rough around the edges. The areas around the sort of paved patio were messy, full of weeds, old stuff here and there. Just a stark difference from the pictures. Part of our cooking was inside the kitchen, and it also wasn't neat or clean. Full of dirty dishes, next to fresh foods, next to bug spray, etc. That being said, the owner and cook was very nice and a good instructor. His wines were lovely, and we purchased quite a few to take with us. Plus, I appreciated him sending the recipes via email for us to make upon our return.

Camilla was a fantastic teacher and a gracious host for our group. She made cooking really fun for my wife and I, and I don’t typically like to cook. The food that came out was fantastic.

Camilla was a fantastic and gracious host and teacher. We felt so welcome at her family farm and in her outdoor kitchen. We visited with our family of four (including 2 kids, ages 8 and 11) and this was the perfect way to spend several hours. We all enjoyed making breads and pastas, trying the family’s wine and oils, and just relaxing and enjoying the gorgeous vistas. The view is breathtaking and the company was superb. Highly recommend this unique experience.

What a wonderful experience learning how to make homemade pasta and focaccia! Camila made us feel very comfortable and made the class fun! The setting where we enjoyed our meal was stunning, overlooking the vineyard and rolling hills. This was one of the most special and memorable experiences of all our time in Italy. Thank you Camila and family!

DO NOT skip this amazing experience! Camilla was wonderful and so helpful. Her property is picturesque and the perfect backdrop for a Tuscan cooking lesson and lunch.

Camilla and her property were lovely hosts for this cooking class. After previous failed attempts at making pasta at home, we were provided excellent instruction and recipes to make tagliatelle and tortelloni, zucchini and cheese skewers, and a few types of focaccia. I will recommend this to anyone on holiday in the Chianti region.

The lessons were helpful and the resulting food was great! It was a real treat to enjoy local ingredients in a beautiful setting. Olive oil, wine, herbs and more from the farm and garden came together in simple, delicious dishes. We are looking forward to trying out some of the recipes at home.

Fabrizio was such an amazing teacher! Our family of five had the best time cooking with him. He was patient and encouraging all while making us feel so welcome and giving us an answer to every question we had! If we ever find ourselves in this region of Italy again we'll be back!

Amazing view! Fun class! Great experience!!! Our host/teacher was entertaining as well as a good instructor!!!
Mary_R, Oct 2024
We made so much excellent food in a short time - the instructor is kind, knowledgeable and good at communicating the best techniques. We had trouble finding the place - verify your directions and allow a little extra time. Once you get there it is beautiful and the family farm setting is peaceful.
