We loved our experience! We are first timers :) A couple of thoughts… Be prepared to carry your surfboard a mile down the boardwalk, just in case, because you go where the waves are. Also keep in mind that the waves are seasonal dependent and you may end up with very small waves but the instructors still work with it. We loved learning with Felipe and Marco- they are very patient and encouraging- and we had so much fun rocking our 6 inch waves!
Highly recommend you bring someone else to take pictures and videos!

Thiago was helpful and nice and took us through the basics and provided tips on improvement
Facilities used to change in / bathrooms were small and very dirty
Valuables not locked away but on a shelf by the door
Supposed to be a 2h (approx) experience which we assumed might be +/- 10 minutes in the end but the lesson was only 1.5h - the waves were relatively flat but if i had known the lesson would be 30 mins shorter than expected i would have booked another school

Hammer! Ich als totaler Beginner hatte unfassbar viel Spaß! Dank meinem wundervollen Surflehrer und ganz kleinen Gruppen habe ich sogar mehr auf dem Brett gestanden als Wasser geschluckt. Weil die Gruppen so klein waren haben alle ganz individuelle Tipps bekommen und die Stimmung war natürlich auch Bombe. Komme nächstes Jahr auf jeden Fall wieder und mache mehr als nur 2h mit!
