My tour was non- existent. The tour guide didn’t show. There was no message. Tried to get in contact with them, The whole afternoon was taken up messaging Viator. The tour guide did finally message me over 2 hours later. She was apologetic and refunded the money. Disappointed and it took up so much time messaging over and back. These things do happen though
