It was not running but Viator allowed us to book, given I am disabled we have to plan ahead this left us unable to see bits we thought we might see

Hard to find departure point, no commentary or headsets. See far more by walking around. For £6 for an hour it was ok but others onboard paid £20 and that is not good value. Quite a rough ride.

The bus did not show up and did not respond to my contact.
I booked the 4pm Cardiff bus tour via Viator. I waited at the stipulated bustop between 3.40pm and 4.30pm. No bus. No contacts. I called and texted the operator but they didnt respond. I contacted Viator via WhatsApp and they responded quickly. But they could not reach the operator. They are trying to get me a refund. There was another bus that showed up early, belonging to another operator (Sky).

12.00 bus never appeared. Waited in area for 90 mins. Bus operator called at 16.00 to apologies that bus had broke down. Rebooted for Monday, watch this spave

We are so sorry we let you down. The bus experienced a overheating problem and the tours had to be cancelled. I am sorry you were not contacted.

We were not able to find where to get on the bus as there was a parade. We walked for two hours as we were told to try many different bus stops!

Definitely worth it to see Cardiff in a quick ride, saw the hotspots and didn't pay much, can repeat it to get places!
