Eugene was extremely knowledgeable about Dr. Who and Torchwood and the filming that has been done in Cardiff. My husband isn't really a fan and Eugene was able to include him in the tour by discussing common interests and relating some of the history of various parts of Cardiff. As I'm a fan, it was a lot of fun to see the sights where Dr. Who has been filmed brought to life.

One of my favourite moments was standing looking down the small alley they used in Face the Raven. It was cool to see, and then also how it looked in the show. It was awesome!

We had an amazing afternoon with Eugene!! We are a family of 3, all Dr. Who fans, and this tour was the highlight of our time in Wales (and the main reason for visiting Cardiff - it was more than worth it!). Eugene does an amazing job of storytelling, bringing to life different scenes from the show and connecting them to the various corners of Cardiff where they were filmed. His mastery of Dr. Who history, characters, actors, and storylines is impressive, so even the most dedicated fans will be delighted. It was fun to exchange views about our favorite (and not so favorite) Who moments and scenes. We also really enjoyed the bonus time at Cardiff Bay where we got to experience Torchwood settings and history too. AND if that weren't enough, Eugene threw in some interesting bits of the city's history along the way. All in all a great afternoon, a fabulous way to get to know the city, and a must see for any Dr. Who fan.

Myself and my friend booked this tour relatively last minute not knowing what to expect, and we were both incredibly impressed with the whole experience - it was the perfect way to spend our last afternoon in Cardiff! Eugene was professional, friendly, thoroughly engaging from start to finish and very knowledgeable on all things Doctor Who. He made us feel welcome, was very easy to talk to and answered all of the questions we had (both about how Doctor Who was filmed and about Cardiff in general) effortlessly. Even me and my friend, who have been huge Doctor Who fans for a very long time, learned a lot of really interesting things from Eugene over the course of this tour, and we're both very grateful for how Eugene kept the experience interactive by constantly asking us questions and prompting us to talk about different aspects of the show - it was a lot of fun! So much love, hard work and research have clearly gone into putting this tour together, and it's all delievered with a high level of enthusiasm from someone who is very passionate about this city, it's history and how television is made. If you're in Cardiff for whatever reason I would highly recommend this experience as a great way to see all of the Doctor Who highlights of the city from a guide who both knows his stuff and has a great passion for what he does. Eugene was our guide & he is amazing! I didn't realize I booked a private tour, but it was amazing for my husband to chat with another huge Dr. Who fan! Eugene knows his stuff & the tour was extensive & detailed. It poured rain during our 4 hour tour but we honestly didn't care. Highly recommend!
