This was a thoroughly enjoyable day trip that my family and I took during our visit to Cardiff, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of our stay. The tour began from an easily accessible meeting point near the city centre, where we boarded a comfortable small bus/van and set off to explore some of the beautiful coastal scenery and villages surrounding Cardiff.
Our guides for the day were Max, whom we had previously met on another tour, and Josh. Both gentlemen were absolutely excellent. They combined extensive knowledge with a relaxed and engaging style, sharing fascinating facts about the history, culture, geography, and present-day character of the places we visited. Their narration was informative without ever becoming tedious, and their courtesy and professionalism added considerably to the experience.
Among the highlights were our stop in Swansea, followed by a visit to the charming village of Mumbles, where we enjoyed spectacular views and a lovely walk along the beach. We also had a wonderful coastal walk at Caswell Bay, before finishing the day with a memorable stop at the breathtaking Rhossili Beach.
Overall, this was a fantastic excursion. Max and Josh were exemplary guides, and I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Cardiff.

Great country side experience. Beautiful views at every stop.
Our tour guide Max was great. He kept everything light hearted, but made certain to keep on schedule.
A lucky day with not too hot and not too cold. A nice breeze at the last stop made it be what was expected for visit to the ocean side.

We’ve been incredibly lucky with the weather.
A clear blue sky stretched above a sparkling, crystal-like ocean.
We especially enjoyed seeing Welsh horses roaming freely along the cliffs, with the stunning views of the Gower Peninsula all around us.

We can 100% recommend this trip. We explored the stunning Gower Peninsula, a beautiful area surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean.
We travelled in a comfortable minibus with a small group, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Our guides were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the day.
We loved every single location we visited. The tour was very well paced, with plenty of time to explore and enjoy each place without feeling rushed.
We can definitely recommend this tour and this company to everyone. A fantastic experience from start to finish!

The tour was canceled before it began due to mechanical problems with the transport vehicle. No prior notice was given to any of the participants, apparently because the failure had occurred just before the departure time. Instead the driver waited at the departure point to inform the customers of the cancellation as they arrived.
That said, there are still some comments:
1. The driver or the compoany should have notified customers by telephone or text or e-mail as well, perhaps saving some customers from having to travel to the departure point.
2. The fact that the mechanical failure of a single vehicle would cause the tour to be canceled indicates that the company is very small and thus unable to ensure that a tour would occur. In fact, the company apparently is small enough that it cannot afford routine maintenance and upkeep on its vehicle or vehicles. Such routine maintenance likely would have caught the problem (reportedly a suspension failure) in time to prevent having to cancel the tour.
3. The driver and apparent tour guide was a foreigner (Italian?) with a strong accent. One might question the value of such a tour guide, if he was in fact the intended tour guide. Might not a native of Wales have been a better choice?
4. The tour company quickly notified Viator, who quickly notified the customers of the cancellation, and that a refund would be processed promptly. Kudos to Viator!

The review contains false and defamatory allegations, including the claim that we are unable to afford routine vehicle maintenance. This is entirely untrue. As a licensed public service vehicle operator, every one of our vehicles is legally required to undergo comprehensive safety inspections every six weeks, including detailed brake testing and maintenance checks. We take passenger safety extremely seriously, and our vehicles are maintained to the highest professional standards. Any suggestion to the contrary is inaccurate and damaging to our business.
Furthermore, the review contains remarks that we believe are discriminatory. Our guide has an Italian background, and the review questions his professionalism and personal qualities in a way that appears to be based on his nationality rather than the quality of the service provided. Such comments are unacceptable and have no place on your platform.
We respectfully request this review to be removed without delay, as it contains defamatory statements and discriminatory content that violate the principles of fair and honest reviews.
If no appropriate action is taken, we will have no alternative but to consider pursuing legal action against you, in order to protect our company's reputation. We will also consider our legal options regarding any failure to address content that is defamatory or discriminatory after it has been reported.
Racism, discriminatory remarks, and false allegations should never be tolerated. We trust that you will review this matter promptly and take the appropriate action.

Great trip, but we would suggest less spots for more time at the end (at the cliffs with horses), less can be more :)
The tour was cancelled last minute, after we arrived at the assembly point. We were told that it was because of a fault of the van. This was a massive let down as we travelled all the way to Cardiff for the trip. It was surprising that the company did not manage to find an alternative van but had to cancel it altogether.
Max was a terrific guide and provided much information. The places we saw were well worth it and followed the itinerary. Thumbs Up!!

It is a must do if you are in Cardiff and want to see more of South Wales. Absolutely stunning. Max, the tour guide is great. He does a good job at providing more historical context, and safely gets you from point A to point B.

The tour was fantastic, and Max was an excellent guide. He gave us plenty of time to explore at our own pace and was very patient with everyone throughout the trip.
He also kindly guided us on a short hike and took photos of everyone in front of the lighthouse, which made the experience even more special.
Overall, it was a very enjoyable tour, and I would highly recommend it.

Amazing views just a short distance from Cardiff! We enjoyed the opportunity to see Swansea Marina, visit the castle in Mumbles, and walk along the beautiful bay. However, Rhossili Bay stole the day with breathtaking views and seeing the horses! Our guide was Max and he made the day fun and informative. Join him to learn about the local area and about the history of Wales. He plans a great day with enough time to see everything as well as time to enjoy a meal, grab a drink, or do a little shopping.

Amazing experience! The Gower peninsula and especially Rhossili bay is just mesmerising. Special shout out to Max, our tour guide for constant information and also guidance on various options to try in the different stops. Each stop there was option to walk for more active people or sit back and relax in the bay...And great photos and experience for life!

There are some walks but not too strenuous. Views are very nice. The tour guide was very considerate and very knowledgeable. Only problem was is the pick up point which is very obscure.

Worthwhile way to see the area. We enjoyed the many different stops along the way. Max was a great guide. He even recommended a place to have dinner in Cardiff (Daffodils). It was excellent
The experience I had on the trip was well worth it to see the most famous bay’s and can see why. My favorite was Bracelet Bay and Rhossili Bay. Just the view itself is an art to look at and want to sit there as you cool off from the wind and see the waves beach. Just very peaceful and memorable.
I do want to give a shout out to my driver (Max) who did a great job assisting us on finding a nice view to see the whole area. There is a nice scenic walking pathway (40 minutes) to view one of the bays that Max will give you and highly suggest going because you see photo-worthy views.
