If you a re a guest of the Occidental at Xcaret Destination - All Inclusive, Playa del Carmen the park is located 15 minutes minutes away nexto to the hotel, guests need to go by themselves to the park main entrance, hotel conciergel always help to the customers to get to the park The boarding pass tour operator sends you a blank one and it is mandatory to print it.
