Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown hotels and Airbnb’s or any location that we can't reach: Cancún Meeting Point: Marina Puerto Cancún (mall) Puerto Morelos Meeting Point: Hacienda Morelos Playa Del Carmen: Plaza Antigua or Plaza Las Perlas (contact customer care for support) Tulum: There is no pick up in any hotel or Airbnb, the meeting point will be outside the Aloft Tulum. The pickup time is set according to your location and start at 03:30 pm, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as possible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service.

If you a re a guest of the Occidental at Xcaret Destination - All Inclusive, Playa del Carmen the park is located 15 minutes minutes away nexto to the hotel, guests need to go by themselves to the park main entrance, hotel conciergel always help to the customers to get to the park The boarding pass tour operator sends you a blank one and it is mandatory to print it. Remember that the white one is the correct one, not the green viator purchase receipt.
Xplor fuego How high is the Xplor zip line? 3.8km Each zipline line has a different height and speed, the highest is 45 m above the surface and you can descend up to 8 m underground to land at the end of the journey, closing this exciting activity in Xplor with a flourish. If you do both circuits, you will have traveled 3.8 km in total!
Xplor fuego park: The circumference capacity of the harnesses around the waist is 120 cm and 65 cm around each leg. The build of each visitor weighing more than 115 kilos (250 pounds) will be considered to determine if it is possible for them to carry out the activity (total or partial). We do not have harnesses on zip lines for women with extremely large builds in the torso and chest.

We need the ID Screenshoot of the cardholder. Cardholder must to be the lead traveller name and is mandatory that person assist in the park, if we do not have everything we need we can not provide your official boarding pass
