If you are a guest of the Occidental at Xcaret Destination - All Inclusive, Playa del Carmen the park is located 15 minutes away next to the hotel, guests need to go by themselves to the park main entrance, hotel concierge will always help to the customers to get to the park The boarding pass tour operator sends you a blank one and it is mandatory to print it. Remember that the white one is the correct one, not the green viator purchase receipt.

As one of my first tours that I started in Quintana I was very pleased with the service of this tour company, our lovely guide Eldi took us to xcaret and made us feel welcomed and was very informative in all the aspects of our tour.Highly recommend them if you are a first timer in Quintana Roo.
