They didn’t show up to the pick up point communication was terrible they tried to give me an alternative pickup point that wasn’t in the reservation and then declined my refund request very unprofessional and unorganized

- Seems like there is no communication between tour operators and management as when you sell something its seems tempting and you experienced completely opposite of what you expect. - ticket was sold me with all inclusive and during our experience drinks and lunch box were taken out from our package. - when i talked to our tour operators in cancun on WhatsApp, instead of making it up to us, it was nothing more than an arguments and headaches. - Tour operators on the other hand were super nice and supportive about everything.

Chichen Itza pyramid and grounds are beautiful; the buffet area was very nice and clean and the food was tasty! The cenote was Beautiful and so refreshing - what an experience!

Ce fût une belle expérience! Seul B mole c'est qu'il y a eu du retard au niveau du transport et le service qu'on devait recevoir n'a pas été complet (par exemple : le repas) Ce sont les seuls points à améliorer. Merci :) !

Mauvaise organisation et manque de communication avec le client

Le bus est arrivée 1h après l'heure prévue. Dans notre billet il était mentionné que l'on devait avoir un petit déjeuner, ON NE L'A PAS EU car apparement le guide n'a pas eu ces informations, alors que nous avions payé plus cher. Puis on a fait un arrêt qui n'était pas mentionné dans le billet et on a perdu du temps dans un magasin de souvenir. Finalement on nous a pressé après la pyramide et le cenote. Sur le billet c'était marqué que l'on devait faire un arrêt à Valladolid et finalement nous nous sommes pas allés et nous n'avions pas été prévenu en avance. On a appris que l'on allait pas à Valladolid sur le moment. Tout cela résulte d'une mauvaise organisation et d'un manque de communication avec les clients. Je déconseille vivement de voyage avec eux.
