Overview

The Riviera Maya is full of beaches, resorts, and ancient ruins—try something different with this full-day outing to Xenses Park by Xcaret, an amusement park dedicated to the human senses. After hotel pickup from Cancun or elsewhere along the Riviera Maya, spend the day checking out the park activities—among them are visual games and optical illusions on land, water, and air. This tour also grants access to “plus” facilities (dressing rooms, restrooms, and lockers) and the México Espectacular entertainment show.

Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown hotels and Airbnb’s or any location that we can't reach: Puerto Morelos: Hotel Hacienda Morelos Playa Del Carmen: Plaza Antigua or Plaza Las Perlas (contact customer care for support) Tulum: There is no pick up in any hotel or Airbnb, the meeting point will be at Hotel Aloft Tulum The pickup time is set according to your location and start at 7:00 am, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as possible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service.

All infants are required to be registered in the booking, otherwise they will not have access to the transportation
Child prices are height dependent. Children over 4.6 feet (1.4 meters) pay the adult price
Children between 3.2 feet (1 meter) and 4.6 feet (1.4 meters) pay the child price
All children under 3.2 feet (1 meter) travel free provided they do not occupy a seat. You need to have ID to confirm the age of the child
If you a re a guest of the Occidental at Xcaret Destination - All Inclusive, Playa del Carmen the park is located 15 minutes minutes away nexto to the hotel, guests need to go by themselves to the park main entrance, hotel conciergel always help to the customers to get to the park
The boarding pass tour operator sends you a blank one and it is mandatory to print it. Remember that the white one is the correct one, not the green viator purchase receipt.
If you reserve even if it is early or late, this reservation is subject to availability, you will be notified as soon as you reserve if we still have spaces, this tour is in high demand and most of the time our capacity is full
We are not responsibles if you forgot your personal belogings in the bus or park, make sure you do not forget any item when you get off the bus
We need the ID Screenshoot of the cardholder. Cardholder must to be the lead traveller name and is mandatory that person assist in the park, if we do not have everything we need we can not provide your official boarding pass

Out of this world experience! I would highly recommend this activity if your visiting Cancun. Dress comfortable and I would suggest getting package with lunch and transportation. Night show is absolutely amazing!!!!
