Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown hotels and airbnb's or any location that we can't reach: Cancun Meeting Point: Wyndham Garden Cancun Playa Del Carmen: Plaza Antigua or Plaza Las Perlas(contact customer care for support) Tulum: There is no pick up in any hotel or airbnb, the meeting point will be at the Hotel Aloft Tulum, there is no other pick up point. The pick up time is set acording to your location, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as posible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service

Poor communication and lack of planning/confirmation They did not provide the dinner meal as described in the booking Early or super late pickup times. Done this excursion before and this was the worst experience we’ve ever had

The tour does not include any dinner, it only includes lunch as it is described and advertised The pick up times were published from the start Please make sure to read any future descriptions for tours you purchase

Bad experience

First to tell everyone is if you can go to the show only go for it, if not go late and I going to tell you why: The park is to pricey very pricey, the food included in all inclusive is bad, the dinner in the show 9 course dinner cost 250 . Dollars each kids under 5 is free but don't worth, swimming with the dolphins just okay, Adrenaline a fast boat is nice, pricey too. The lacy river is very nice . I don't think my family and I we come back again, maybe to the beautiful show.

The nature that surrounds the park requires high maintance, the price is worth the nature wonder that you will be visiting All the rivers, the inlet, the inside reef and all the flora and fauna are worth the price you pay. There are multiple restaurant with different types of food available so you can choose something that you like
