- We would like to make it comfortable for you so we will pick you up at your hotel or at the nearest point available in our routes. -In case your accommodation is not a hotel you must indicate your exact address including street name, outside number, interior number, county, postal code and city. - To know the exact time and meeting point you must send a message thru the option on your reservation or must call us at least 24 hours prior to the visit date purchased. The time shown on your ticket is not the time at which you will be picked up. - Let us know if you are not in need of transport. - We cannot assure your pickup at a hotel where you are not a guest considering that some hotel's policies, not allow visitors to access at the property. - The guides will be dressed in red t-shirts with our logo on the back for easy identification. The guides will say the tour name out loud. - If at the time you purchase the ticket you do not have the hotel yet, you must contact the Customer Service Viator staff at least 24 hours prior to the visit to the park to help you to coordinate the pickup with us. - You must be 15 minutes early at the assigned location. The time shown on your ticket is not the time at which you will be picked up. - Transportation service is not private so you will share the bus with some other visitors of Grupo Xcaret. - Starting Oct 1, enjoy more time at the park with return options at 2:00 p.m. or 3:40 p.m.

Child prices are height dependent. Children over 4.6 feet (1.4 meters) pay the adult price. Children between 3.2 feet (1 meter) and 4.6 feet (1.4 meters) pay the child price. All children under 3.2 feet (1 meter) travel free provided they do not occupy a seat.
It is recommended that you bring comfortable lightweight clothing, walking shoes or sneakers, biodegradable sunblock, a swimsuit and towel, and an extra change of clothing.

Infants 0 to 4 years are Free of charge. Children mus be accompanied by an adult all the time.
The Voucher schedule is informative. Tours and days of operation are subject to availability and changes.
The pickup operates from different hotels in Cancun, Playa del Carmen and the Riviera Maya so the pickup time will vary depending on the location of your hotel. We will pick you up at your hotel or at the nearest point available in our routes.

All requests for changes, cancellations and/or refunds on bookings must be in the 24-hour or more window prior to the visit date.
The name of the lead traveller on the voucher will redeem the purchase. Your safety comes first, so you can change the name on the ticket at any time by contacting Viator Customer Service.

This park has attractions that tricks you with optical illusions. Has fun water activities too like mud bath and water slide. Only takes a few hours to finish the park. Prices are more expensive through Viator though than through the Xcaret website. Visiting once is enough

Everything was good. There needs to be a place to sit and cool down between sections. It's very humid in the main room. There needs to be a sign where you leave your shoes saying water shoes are acceptable.

Picked up at wrong hotel and left me at mine. Wouldn't refund ticket and told me to take a cab at my own expense 50USD. Do Not trust this.

A few hours at Xenses

The park had very interesting exhibits. It was a lot smaller than I thought it would be. The bird flight was less than a minute, both the water river and the mud river were a good length, but were too shallow for me to comfortably float, and the rain exhibit felt more like a car wash since water sprayed from all directions. The town was awesome and definitely my favorite part. We skipped the dark exhibit because you were required to remove your shoes and then walk a good distance on a hot walkway afterwards and my feet are too sensitive for that.

This was a hole new n exiting experexperience...only recomend pickups &drop off are NOT in the hotels, BUT a very closeby pickup point and it needs to be informes this vlearly we endedup spending on taxis when it was not nessesery...

The bus pulled up at my hotel to pick us up at 704 and left us there at 706. We were there at 708. Thank GOD Kevin squeezed us into the XPlor bus otherwise I would be out 400$ and I’m already out 200$ for another viator trip that never showed up at all.

Le service client est déplorable. J’ai été informé le jour même du lieu et de l’heure du rendez-vous. Bien évidemment le message m’a été envoyé 30min après que le bus soit déjà passé. Je contacte le service client pour leur expliquer la situation et ils me disent que je peux reprogrammer l’activité. Étant en voyage de 1 semaine je ne pouvais pas envisager cette option et j’ai dû payer un taxi 60$ pour me ramener sur place. J’en ai fait part au service client qui m’a répondu qu’il ne pouvait rien faire. J’ai effectué plein d’autres activités et excursions durant mon séjour et tous les organisateurs me donnaient les indications 2 ou 3 jours avant la date. Ce qui est vraiment dommage, c’est que les guides et les chauffeurs sont supers. Le parc Xenses est vraiment génial j’ai passé un très bon moment. Le service client a gâché une bonne partie de ma journée et de mon voyage, sans ça j’aurais mis 5 étoiles
