Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown hotels and Airbnb’s or any location that we can't reach: Cancun Meeting Point: in front the lobby of Smart Cancún by Oasis in Tulum Avenue The pickup time is set according to your location and star at 06:00 am, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as possible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service. The taxes for ruins preservation will be required on board.

The bus has 1 bathroom, you are only allowed to use number 1, you cannot use number 2 because the bathroom has ventilation connections to the entire bus and if you use number 2 the entire bus would smell bad, stops will be made at the places visited where you can use the bathroom.
Hotel changes are not allowed after 6 pm because we can not modify our logistic The tour and the spots to visit can vary according the guide logistic, also in its duration, up to 14 hours or more according to the transfers from one place to another, and this is according to the traffic, keep in mind that you will be traveling all day.
Please note that your package includes access to only one cenote. The specific cenote visited will depend on availability and logistics on the day of the tour. Based on these conditions, the experience will include a visit to either Cenote Nool Há or Cenote Chichikán, but not both. We appreciate your understanding and remain committed to offering you the best possible experience.
We would like to remind you that the tour you have chosen lasts more than 12 hours. Since the destination, Chichen Itzá, is located in the state of Yucatán, the road trip can be long. We recommend being prepared for an extended journey, with comfortable clothing, sunscreen, and enough water.

Good value, though longer than I had hoped. Esther was a good guide, speaking in both Spanish and English. The very first stop, where we had lunch, I wish they hadn't really pushed us to buy souvenirs. Wait till you actually get into Chichen Itza... everything is much lower priced. Our guide at Chichen Itza was Salvador. He said he was learning English and he was amazing! Please make sure you tip him well. He was a great storyteller. Ik Kil cenotes was crowded but still a cool experience. The time here could have been shortened.
