They picked up from my hotel but in return dropped us 2 kms away. I wasn't feeling well but they don't listen. Tour guide speaks well while addressing the whole bus but asks too much personal questions if you ask simple questions. Not many food options if you are vegetarian.

They missed our pickup, wasted our one day. Also, the tour is not 12 hours, it's 15 hours. Also, they left 2 passengers behind.

According to your original booking details, the pick-up location was registered at a different hotel than the one where you were waiting. Despite this discrepancy, our team made every effort to accommodate you and successfully provided the tour service. Please note that our staff waited approximately 45 minutes beyond the scheduled time, which caused an extended duration to the tour. However, in order to respect the experience of the other guests who arrived on time at the designated meeting point in Chichén Itzá, the group departure proceeded as scheduled.

Communication with the company is great! The driver and vehicles were comfortable and well equipped with chargers for our phones. Marco and staff made the experience amazing! Marco is very known the Mayan culture. Swimmimg in the Cenote was phenomenal! Highly recommended the entire trip experience. Only thing it did took more than 12 hrs and was a very long day.!

The visit got off to a late start due to a road accident. It was complicated contacting the tour organiser because the phone number given wasn’t valid. Despite having requested an English speaking guide, the detailed translations of what was explained in Spanish was very brief and felt that the visit was missing information. The planned visits were respected despite the late start but I feel that the Chichen Itza part was rushed because we were among the last to visit it. Valladolid was beautiful and we could have done with an extra half hour to appreciate it more.

The chichen itza tour is beyond words. The mayan culture is very rich and unique. I was grateful to be there. However, the cenote pictured on the tour is a completely different cenote than you go into-sadly, it is the reason i booked this specific tour and i was disappointed. Also you visit vallaloid for only 30 minutes, which is not enough time.
