Unfortunately, we could not use the service. They claimed we only paid $11 when we were charged $26. They told us we had to pay an additional $30 for the hotel we were moved to. So we ended up being out the $26 and had to pay for a taxi.

I arrived at the airport and was met with a sign with my name on it. We walked to the shuttle area. I took a star away because I had to wait for a long time for a shuttle to arrive. Finally they put me in a shuttle that was already there .... I didnt understand that ... and we were off. The driver was very nice and even pointed out different things to us as we rode by them. It was a great introduction to Cancun.

They waited patiently for us at the airport. Also, messaged us regarding who in the person with the sign to look out for once we come out of the airport with our luggage and walk towards parking. And they took complete precaution providing hand sanitize and limited passenger to be in compliance with current covid situation. Highly recommended.
