If your hotel is not in the previous list, please let us know in which hotel are you so a representative of our company can contact you to indicate the correct place and time of your pick up. We ask you to indicate the hotel where you are in the special requirements box and also with your email. This service has only one schedule for ATV tour, the pick-up will be between 7:30 am to 9:00 am and for the Romantic dinner, the pick up will be between 17:30 pm to 19:00 pm. The schedules vary according to the hotel, our representative will indicate the exact schedule via mail or via text message.

Only adults 18+ can drive their own ATV. Children (17 and under) must be accompanied by an adult.
Weight limit restriction is strictly observed.
It is recommended to bring a change of clothes, towel, closed shoes, bathing suit, biodegradable sunscreen and repellent, sunglasses and bandana.
For security measures, the use of cell phones is not allowed during the activities.

Not worth the price- disappointing

This entire experience was disappointing. Everything from the transportation to the experience was less to be desired. The adventure park tried to sell us an upgrade immediately upon arriving, and again after we checked in and we’re assigned to our group for the day. The guides make it sound like you will have a terrible time if you don’t upgrade to a more expensive package, which is not the best way to begin a trip. When we were separated into groups we were asked if we wanted to buy water or snacks, because again, nothing is complementary. You have to rent a locker for $10 ($5 deposit and $5 locker fee) The cenote is pretty, but nothing amazing. The life jackets are provided; but no towels. The zip lines and hand bridges are short, and you wait in line longer than you actually zip line. You can of course pay for an upgrade to go on more lines, They make you hang upside down on one of the lines, even if you don’t want to. The zip line gear is newer and the safety directions were detailed. The ATVs were absolutely atrocious. They get unbelievably hot on your ankles and there is no safety briefing or instructions on how to drive one. They constant stalled out going through puddles and the majority of our group experienced one issue or another. One lady had her wheel completely come off the machine!!! The ATVs were not maintained and were dangerous. When the tour was finally over they again tried to sell you some $100 tequila during a tequila tasting. Only to have your complementary lunch be 3 street tacos, which were nothing more than a few little chunks of meat tossed into a cold tortilla. They shuttle you back to your hotel for a few hours to eat and rest and then take you all the way to Cancun where you have to pay a $13 dock fee and if you want to upgrade your meal. The drinks are included and the boat ride is nice, but the food was over cooked and chewy. In all, we would not recommend this package. It was not a good price for the experience and we will not go again or recommend this to anybody. We were thoroughly disappointed.

Pros: The centoe was beautiful, you get 30 minutes to swim, zip line or cliff jump in the centoe. You can also bring your phone. Life jackets were provided. Zipline was a cool it was 3 different zipline circuit the last one you go upside down, equipment provided. You can not use your telephone or go pro. ATVS: The ATVS were super fun, it’s a fast, fun and bumpy ride. You can ride solo or with someone. You will also get dirty so wear something you wouldn’t mind having mud and dirt on. Phones not allowed. Liquor tasting: The liquor tasting was a bonus. You sample 5-7 different authentic Mexican liquor and the history behind it. You can also purchase a bottle to take home or enjoy on your trip. There is a $5 locker fee and a $5 deposit which you get back at the end of the tour. If you want to lock your belongings up. Dinner: Dinner was very romantic, the music was great. Alcoholic beverages provided throughout the night. The food was cooked on the grill on the boat, which was good. There is a $13 doc fee per person. Make sure to bring enough money for tips everyone wants tips. Cons: If you stay in Tulum I wouldn’t recommend the tour, we drove 2 hours or more in the transportation vehicle to tour and dinner round trip which was a long time. I would have rated the tour a 4 if it wasn’t for the super long rides. Lunch: Make sure you eat breakfast before the tour. They only provided 2 tacos at the end of the excursion with only 2 options pork and tuna with a water per person m. You can purchase 3 tacos for $7 dollars before the tour, with the options of beef, chicken and pork.
