Not What Expected

Not what we expected. The photes made it appear as if a larger boat. When we arrived we had to wait in an unshaded area in the hot sun for about an hour before boarding. The ship was not visible until boarding; was small and rocked a lot; no real seating; no tables for dinner. We were not comfortable with # passengers, smallness, etc and left before the cruise even started.

Transportation never arrived - so disappointed!

We waited for our driver for over 50 minutes, and they never showed up. We called the transportation company, and they repeatedly told us the driver was en route, but we gave up when they still hadn’t shown by 8:30. The boat was scheduled to embark at 8:00, and we could not reach the tour operator to find out if the boat was waiting for us, so we gave up. We were very disappointed, because we had been looking forward to this as a highlight of our visit to Cancun.

We had alittle bump in the road about the time so I will call and double check we wasted 3 hours of our time. Once it started it was the best boat ride I have every did. We were celebrating our 25th anniversary ❤ the food was awesome and we danced under the stars.
