Snorkeling was very bad it was like a race there is no time to snorkel the guide keep screeming to follow him fast The private peach on the island is muddy and disgusting The boat was good and the golf cart ride was nice

Hi, thank you for the comment we are working in make a better experience, unfortunatelly we are not an snorkel tour, the snorkeling experience is only a spot, where the rest of the companies makes the same activity (that´s why is a lot of people there) if you want a nice snorkeling experience we have a different tour for it, regarding the beach, a space is muddy because is a natural preservation place, we can´t do anything about it, but is just a space, the rest is really nice, hope you give us a second chance soon.

While the catamaran tour was well worth the time, there were a few things that were lacking! Let’s start off with the good. The catamaran captain and team were amazing! They were making sure we were taken care of in any way they could! The beach club food was average and nothing really to write home about! When you arrive to the check in be prepared to be harassed about your sunscreen! There was a lady that was very argumentative and demanding that we purchase theirs!
