No snacks, old soggy wraps, no snorkel equipment available, boat was small don't see how 100 would fit. Regret this trip so much

The add states transportation can be provided but when you try to set up there is no answer or they say they cant. They were 30 minutes late taking off. The music is latin techno not hip hop. Minimum english is spoken.The “lunch” is a small kid size ham wrap. After you pay they will email you to tell you that you need to pay an additional 20pp for a dock fee even though the add states all fees and taxes included in the price. You also do not go to the island. They doc at the island for 30 minutes for you to swim.

This trip was the best we did while visiting Cancun! Please know we had plans everyday for 6 days. So, that is saying something. The only rocky prt we had was getting picked up, but that worked itself out. We had an excellent time! We opted for the upgrade to 35 person boat. I chose to upgrade based on other reviews and it was worth it. I highly suggest taking pesos instead of USD, bc you get better deals and don’t have to worry about using a credit card unless you decide to make a big purchase. Our tour we great! We were on the Megaira and everyone went above and beyond. There was plenty of alcohol (I chose to pass) but they always had something for me to drink. The buffet was good and it was a very nice ambience. Snorkeling was fun, but I wish we could have had more time. In all fairness to them this is not a snorkeling tour. There were small children on the boat and the guides were very accommodating. I would highly recommend booking this tour!
