Quirky but good. Very good for capable and mature folks. Beats traveling with a huge bus full of other people. It was exactly as described. A bit of history with the archaeological site, cave is really cool, food is serviceable.

We had great experience with our driver Alfanso and then our tour guide at Cave adventure named soul. Cave adventure and Cenote were top of the world

What an amazing experience! The ruins are beautiful but we did not expect to be blown away by the cenote adventure. The underground river tour was surprisingly fun. So great for kids. Shout out to our guides- who were great. Alberto and Alfredo were very nice and knowledgeable. Henry at the cenote tour was an excellent guide through the Mayan underworld.

My only complaint was Tulum and the limitations they have now on where you can go in the park. Tulum is beautiful and worth going to at least once. The cave tour was really the highlight. Our kids loved going through the caves and swimming in the cenotes.

This was a great tour but be sure to read all the information included in the description. However, one thing the info wasn't true for us. It says please bring towels and a swimsuit if you would like to go to the beach in Tulum. We never went near the beach but you do need a swimsuit and towel and water shoes for the Cave and xinotes if you want to go to them. They give you a helmet, masks and shoes for the caves but you need to give the shoes back. We didn't bring these items because we aren't beach people, but we did want to go in the caves. You need one for that so our guide let us make a hasty trip into the gift shop to purchase them. If you want to take photos, you need a waterproof camera. It's a great tour with special attention. We love having private guided tours. If you haven't been to the other ruins in the Yucatan, it is a good overview of the Mayan culture. You can't wear insect repellent, and when we were walking to the xenotes, we were eaten up so be prepared.

Amazing day, loved it. Take flip-flops as some walking to Ceynotes involved and waterproof cover for phone or waterproof camera needed. Lifejackets and helmets and footwear given for the underground river and caves and no need to be an amazing swimmer.

My husband and I had a blast. This was the best birthday gift I gave my husband. Our guide Alejandro was so nice and knowledgeable we learned so much. And the cave tour was so awesome, Miguel was great.

Amazing! But not for unfit people! Or small children! If u are afraid of small spaces ! But all those who are into adventure and fit for climbing over rocks and in caves I highly recommend it!!!!

We had a group of 8 adults. Our driver and guide arrived on time at the designated location amazing for Mexico. We headed to Tulum to beat the crowd. We did. It was great. Our guide was very well versed in Mayan culture and provided a detailed tour of the area. We were well informed and our guide was very patient with us. After some free time, we headed to the Cave Adventure at KanTun Chi Park. It was incredible. After donning special shoes, swimsuits, life jackets and helmets, we headed out to explore the underground river. After an hour, we emerged and visited the 5 cenotes on site. Each one was different and more beautiful than the last. For some reason, our included lunch at the park was closed so our guide took us to a little restaurant in Akumal. The fresh fish was great think it was caught that morning. On our way back to the resort, we asked if we could stop at a grocery store. The response? Sure. Take as long as you need. It was great. We really feel we got great exposure to the Mayan culture. The tour was amazing. Everything was as promised or better. Viator and it's partners never disappoint!

We were picked up by our driver Gamaliel Garcia and our English speaking tour guide Sergio Lopez. What fantastic kind people. Sergio really new his history and we had a really informative day. The party was mixed with the youngest aged 14 and the eldest 78 and yet he catered for all our needs. Gamaliel then drove us to the caves which were also really fun. My girls wanted to stay longer and at no point were we rushed or asked to hurry up. If you get a chance try this tour and ask for these to guys. They certainly made our day.

Beautiful caves, there is a part where you have to swim so don't be fooled into thinking you can walk through the entire thing. I can't swim and though I had a life jacket that helps you float across, I kind of freaked out a bit and almost lost it. The guide saved me. Not anyone's fault at all but mine. Probably wasn't the best tour for me but I had a good time. Learned a lot of history at the Tulum tour and enjoyed the lunch very much.
