Additional Pickup Information After booking, please make sure to send us the following details so we can schedule your transfer accurately: Full name of the main traveler Flight number (arrival or departure) Airline name Scheduled flight time Hotel or accommodation name and exact address A WhatsApp number or phone number for direct communication For airport arrivals, our driver will be waiting for you with a sign showing your name at the pre-arranged transportation area of your arrival terminal. For departures, we will provide your exact pickup time based on your flight details. Important: Please double-check the information you provide to avoid delays. If your accommodation is outside Cancun’s Hotel Zone, contact us to confirm availability and any necessary rate adjustment.

A very disappointing experience

A very disappointing experience! I booked the transfer ride online to my hotel. Three hours before, I spoke to a representative confirming their pickup and where to meet them. I was told to exit the airport to the taxi area and someone would be waiting with a sign including my name. My husband and I arrived at the airport and no one was there. I called Viator and was on hold for 25 minutes waiting for someone to assist me while waiting for the driver. No one ever arrived so we had to speak with a different taxi service and paid for transfer to our airport. This is our first time visiting Mexico and this experience made a horrible start to our vacation.
