I love this experience. A lot of reviews on Internet scare people about taxi in Cancun airport, but this pick up was very good.. Just give them flight number and they wait for you with your name. My fly delayed for 1 hour and we still get to hotel quickly. Thanks Viator and vendor

We scheduled a transfer for 4:45 but then our flight changed and didn’t arrive in Cancun until 7:45. We sent a text to Viator and they informed the transfer company but they were not at the airport when we arrived. We eventually took a taxi to our hotel.

We had a hard time finding the contact, when we did he had us stand in an area to wait for the transport. It took 30 minutes for our private ride to arrive. No water, nothing to hold us over in the heat. Once the driver came, she was nice. We did have to ask for the ac to be turned on. She barely spoke the entire drive, listening to some podcast holding the phone to her ear. Just not really worth the cost. I've done cheaper rides and gotten a bottled water.

They forgot to picked us up at the Airport, when my internet finally work and I called them, the lady who answered said she couldn’t find my reservation(lies) she puts me on hold and said she’ll call me back. She finally call me and told me the driver is in the way and she found my reservation. All lies. Driver came 30min later, was rude and seems very agitated. Well got to our destination 2hours later. Will never book with them again. I do not recommend it!!

Friendly driver was at the airport waiting for us with my name on a sign. Seamless transfer to the airport. Be sure to look at your booking to see which company you should be looking for at the airport- many different companies use Viator so some of the pics are stock photos. This was my first time using Viator, so that was a learning for me.

It was hard to find them among the crowd at the airport, but once we found each other, everything ran smoothly. I highly recommend hiring private transportation ahead of time to avoid talking to the wrong crowd who would try to sell you timeshare instead and in my experience, buying two-way transportation can be cheaper than hiring a cab from hotel to airport if you pay separately. I made the mistake of buying one-way from airport to the hotel and paid more on our way back to the airport. Oh well! I recommend this service; Not a fancy ride, but driver was courteous, van had A/C and safely arrived to our hotel.
