This cooking class was an absolute delight! The instructor Alex was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, guiding us through each step with clear instructions and helpful tips. We made delicious tortilla's from scratch. The hands-on approach was perfect for learning, and I felt like I really gained a solid understanding of the cooking process. I highly recommend this cooking class to anyone looking to have a fun and educational experience.

Alex was so lovely! Sharing not only his story but some good laughs and even better food! You can tell he loves cooking and working with people. His english was awesome and made the entire experience great for both myself (a spanish speaker) and my partner who doesn’t speak any spanish. The best way to learn how to cook authentic tortillas and have a blast while doing it
