This tour was the first excursion that we did in Cancun (after we got in from airport) and it was absolutely hands-down fabulous! The guides were excellent, the scenery was amazing, the pace was good and they talked about all the animals and fish in different flows in the mangroves…. We got a bunch of great photos and would totally do this again.. for a 2 hr tour , great price, family friendly. A+++

Great experience. Good for beginners.
Our guide Andres taught us the basic skills for Kayaking before we start and inform us of every step when we were passing through the channel.
Andres also gave us good information about different sea life and animals in the region.
Kayaking in the lagoon is an amazing experience and we arrived just in time for the beautiful sunset.
It’s a shame that not many people would try this activity in Cancun. I strongly recommend for those who wants to do a bit of exercise, have fun and see the beautiful sunset.

I feel guilty "ruining" the all 5 reviews but didn't feel like this warranted one. This was overall a nice experience and the guides were wonderful but the kayaking part itself was quite boring for about 75% of the time and the open sea part of it was quite difficult with the stream against you (maybe easier in the morning?). The part where you actually go in the narrow parts was a lot of fun and quite challenging (in a good way) but that was about 30-40 min of the 2+ hour experience. We were with kids so that definitely made it harder but we have been on many kayak trips with them and I never worked this hard... Also, while sunset sounds fun and romantic, it basically means you have the sun in your eyes most of the time.

Amazing guides, super small group (5 total) and perfectly paced. We did go on a day with intense winds but it was still fantastic, even the beginners of the group enjoyed.

Andres is very knowledgeable and gave great instructions prior to the kayaking trip. It was educational, relaxing and adventurous all in one. The views/environment was very beautiful and unique and we saw some animals. Definitely recommend this excursion!

The love that the tour guides have for giving this tour out it over the top. They were the best guides I’ve ever had an excursion with across 9 different countries. If you love nature, being on the water, a bit of a physical challenge (but not too challenging) BOOK THIS TOUR!

I was surprised how immersive this tour can get. You go far from the noise of the hotels district, deep into the mangroves. I will suggest this to anyone traveling to Cancun.

Andres was such an amazing guide. Super knowledgeable and was very thorough with his safety teachings. I’ve gained so much knowledge about the mangroves and the surroundings in and out of the waters! This was an amazing tour. So relaxing and calm. I would definitely recommend this tour and come back to do it again.

This is the best experience I had in Cancun. Inside of the trees, it is so peaceful and quiet. we also see a lot of birds, fish. In addition, the guide is very friendly, knowledgeable and passionate. I would come back again if I am visiting Cancun next time

It was a very nice experience. Our first times kayaking ever before and the instructor was clear and what you had to do to control the kayak was very easy and straight forward. Wish I brought bug spray because I was almost eaten alive lol. But other than that it was a great experience to enjoy. I just wish we could’ve seen more of the sunset, we saw it for a bit and it was beautiful but we had to keep going with our route back to base. Loved it!
