Line is long. Had to wait over 30 min to stay 10 min Overbooked show, very hot, staff at bar mean...
I paid for the gold member ticket so NOT worth it. Had a crappy seat behind a pillar where we missed 75% of the show. You're also isolated in rows so if the people to the left or right aren't into the show/music its just meh. Would I do it again? Absolutely not. Some poor suckers paid $300 extra to sit right beiind the pillar, there view was bad downstairs.. Don't upgrade since the place is already full you'll just get ripped off and have a worst view. We walked downstairs once the dancing was supposed to begin but people were just crammed together there was no space. If they come around offering shots just pass the price isnt as advertised. The music was good and loud. Not the place to meet new people, you're crammed like sardines. Maybe if we had shown up 1 hr before the show, just to stand in line in the heat, we might have gotten better seats? We were 30min early and the heat was horrible.
I booked the tickets via Viator. However, upon arrival at Coco Bongo the ticket office said that they had not received any information about the booking from Viator/local operator. I contacted the Viator agent (Bernadette, who was super polite and helpful) but she couldn’t get through to the local operator. The coco bongo team also tried to contact the local operator without success. Finally after an hour of waiting the Coco Bongo manager took pity on us and let us in but the stress and anxiety caused was awful and ruined the occasion. I would recommend that people book directly on the Coco Bongo website rather than relying upon 3rd party sellers like Viator and their unreliable 4th party local operators.
This ticket is extremely misleading - DO NOT BOOK! The ticket advertises "Skip the line" which is absolutely not accurate. Even with the ticket you still have to wait in the extremely long "regular" line for 1.5 hrs or pay $25 at the door to skip the line. The open bar is accurate, but the skip the line portion is misleading which is the whole reason we bought this ticket. We have spoken to multiple people on the phone who refuse to refund us even though their product is false.
When I arrived at the doors staff said my
Tickets were invalid and denied me entry. I showed my receipt and proof of the transaction but they still claimed my tickets were invalid. Poorly ran place just trying to make money off the young.
do NOT BOOK HERE. They are liars and do not have tickets. Book direct with the venue. These people are theives.

Do NOT buy tickets off of here. We waited around for 2 hours, missed the start of the show.. they wanted us to pay more but I stood my ground. They said these tickets were REGULAR tickets even tho this app said they were VIP skip the line, so basically a SCAM.
The basic tier may have disadvantages. Very crowded on the floor, no bottle services , no food and no seating.
Coco Bongo itself was an amazing experience my birthday and our anniversary, but we had so much trouble accessing our tickets from Viator we ended up missing two hours of the show.
We arrived to CocoBongo with plenty of time before the show started but when clicking ‘get tickets’ on the viator app I would be sent round and round in circles from the app to my emails and being prompted to sing in; once signed in it wouldn’t display my ticket and would then do the same thing over and over again when pressing get my ticket. We tried the app and the website but both options would not display a Q.R Code which the management team at CocoBongo said they needed to let us in. We then went through different levels of management reexplaining the issue and also showed us previous tickets from guests that had used Viator of what they are used to seeing and that they had not come across this issue before.
Stood for two hours embarrassed and frustrated on my Birthday trying to prove my tickets were legitimate was a complete mood killer- we didn’t end up being able to access the official tickets through Viator but I think management could see if wasn’t our fault and felt sorry for us so they let us in.
Fun night, singing, dancing and drinking the night away with friends. This is a must see attraction when visiting Cancun
This was a good deal. The price was cheaper than normal. I went on a weeknight so there was no line at all. The place was crowed. There was a lot going on. It was a very exciting event to attend
The show was great. However everything is an additional charge. Although we had skip the line tickets we was not able to skip any lines. Also the place was rammed and they try selling you tables for an extra $140 + dollars. If you have regular you have to stand and it is so packed you can’t move. We ended up leaving early due to how busy it was
Coco Congo couldn't find my reservation. Spent 30 minutes for then to decide to honor my email showing confirmed purchase
I am from NYC and I honestly never experienced a club life like Coco Bongo. This night club is a must go if traveling to Cancun. If you miss this club experience than you will be full of regrets. There are countless short shows takes place with different themes. The series is also 5 stars. Buying tickets on Viator is the best thing I did to save myself an hour of long wait so I can enjoy more inside the club.
The club is different from everything you ever tried! It was really fun and we loved it! Regarding the tickets the skipping the line part is not true as we had to wait as every else. But the price we payed was less that the club was asking for a Friday which was amazing
There's no skip the line but the price is the same as on Coco bongos website so no complaints. I'm glad we didn't upgrade to seats as it didn't look worth it. Amazing show!
Definitely go to coco bongo but the skip the line wasn’t worth it. There was hardly any line. But then we had trouble with the tickets I added to Apple wallet because they wouldn’t scan.
Spectacular, Awesome and Unique Show if not one of the best around the globe , music dancers performer were superb
Not organised all over the place, sticky dirty, smelly had to wait around even after skip queue ticket, staff are not professional, started off with checking me in and then LITERALLY danced of with another group inside the club (possibly friends), never been so shocked, literally standing around asking for a ticket, positive note good show, don’t compare to Vegas your not even close. Would not recommend purely because of the service from staff. Tourists should be taken care of, not left twiddling thumbs!!!!!!!
We are two women in our fifties who went to the nightclub for the show (and drinks ofcourse). Fab showand great music but people crammed in like sardines and very difficult for short people to see. The seated area is very expensive on top of the price of tickets.
This review is coming from someone that used to live in Las Vegas for 6 years. I’ve seen many shows in my life, but this show was one of the best I’ve seen in a while!!
We were placed in the line just like everybody else, the title is a scam, because we booked the tickets online we had to wait even more and email them to one of the guys working there. The experience overall was pretty disappointing, get the tickets directly from people in Mexico (they are almost all around the same price) and at least they don't lie to you about skipping the line.
Best show ever. I thought is was a club at first. It turn out to be a show with acrobats. There were entertainments with childhood characters such as batman, spider man, beetle juice and the mask. Balloons and confetti fell from above. You are invited to come on the stage and dance if you like. The drinks at the bar is unlimited. That place is lit.

Um experiencia super legal, o Time do CocoBongo super atencioso e trata as pessoas com muito cuidado. Fomos super bem recebidos pelo Manager Adrian Morales que nos suportou com tudo que precisamos. Os espetaculos tambem sao muito bemr organizados e precisos. Voltarei sempre que puder. Thanks COCOBONGO.
Beau spectable avec jeux de lumières excellents, le billet coupe-file n'a servi à rien puisque au guichet pour échanger le bon contre les tickets d'entrée, il semble que nous n'étions pas enregistrés par Viator, et nous avons dû patienter un bon moment pour qu'enfin nous puissions entrer. Une fois dans les lieux, on nous explique qu'il faut rester debout, que si nous voulons une table avec des sièges, il faut rajouter 128€ par personne ! Même si nous avons passé un bon moment, le prix de revient de cette soirée est très cher !
Nous avons adoré mais il a fallu repayer là-bas pour pouvoir être assis. Donc, très dispendieux au final. Vaut mieux acheter sur place le package complet.
Apesar de lotado vale muito a pena! Os shows são incríveis! Pura diversão e entretenimento mesmo com o vai e vem dos staffs no meio do pessoal e um funcionario varrendo nosso pé toda hora.
La soirée était au top il y avait plein de show. Rien à dire ! Et sans oublié que le bar était à volonté.
