I forgot to book transportation to the hotel for our trip and booked as we were boarding the plane in Chicago The owner/driver was there waiting for us as soon as we walked out. I messaged from the plane about an hour prior to landing and he messaged back with details on how to meet. Perfection!

I had very pleasant experience while driving to the airport. Car was very clean and the driver very accommodating and nice to talk to.

Communication was very poor. Despite frequent updates and multiple messages about our plane being delayed no one responded. Well, there was a response but not until 2 hours after we were supposed to be picked up forcing us to find a different transportation to our resort. If you’ve never been to Cancun, the taxi drivers at the airport are intimidating because it always feels like a scam and they upcharge. I chose this company for its great reviews and too bad it turned out to be the exact opposite.

Unfortunately, the signal at the Cancun airport is terrible, and messages don't arrive on time or are delayed. Even if a flight is delayed, we try to contact you, but we haven't been able to reach you. I imagine you took a taxi or something like that because we were there. Often, taxi drivers take you somewhere else instead of where we are. As you can see, we have good reviews, but unfortunately, the signal at the airport isn't very good.

The communication of my tour operator on my return trip left little to be desired. They didn’t let me know that the driver arrived to my hotel and threatened to cancel my ride as a no show making the end of my trip really stressful. If a tour is going to be operating remotely, you’d expect that over communication would be a given. I actually had to reach out to the operator to see if they were going to pick me up. I will not be using this tour operator again and do not recommend it.

All companies and agencies work the same way - if they give you a departure time, you need to be on time. Otherwise, it affects not just you, but other clients and schedules too. They usually give a minimum 20-minute wait, and without that, you'd be considered a no-show. I think that's standard practice across the board .

They were prompt and on time. The first driver met us at the airport with a sign with our name on it. He was very friendly and easy to talk to and gave us a ride directly to our resort. Our 2nd driver showed up exactly on time and was just as friendly and again very easy to talk to. He also stopped at a Pharmacy on the way back to the airport and came in with us to talk with the pharmacist and then waited for us to finish and then continued on to the airport. Very good experience and would definitely use your service again. Thank you.

Joaquin was an excellent driver! The drive was easy and through cancun. Traffic wasn't too bad and it was a Saturday which is usually busy.

We ordered the Van for 9am and landed early at 6.50am. When we came out of the airport, our driver was already waiting us. That was a great surprise after about 15 hours travel time.
The driver was very friendly and we had good conversations.
We look forward to using Viator again on our next tip.

The driver called me and lete know he was pulling up, and he asked where was I standing by and he would come and get me. He was very friendly and polite. Me & family came we flew in on different airlines, we didn't know that the airport had four terminals. So he picked me up at terminal 4 and then drove 5 miles to terminal 3 to pickup my other family members. That was greatly appreciated.

Armando, the driver, was nice enough, but communication was a nightmare. We were told to wait at the Welcome Bar which is in a different area of Arrivals. The driver was actually waiting at a different bar - the one where the taxi drivers are. Making matters worse, my cell phone was having issues accessing WiFi. If you book with this company, get their what’s app and figure out a pick up spot ahead of arrival. It took us one hour to find our driver and ate into our vacation time.
