This Beto Go Travel transportation company is great. Our flight time was keep changing and we were in touch with them by phone with this company and they were very understanding. Finally after 4 hrs of delay, we just called them after the customs and the driver arrived within 15 min to pick us up. The vehicle was almost new and it was a very comfortable ride. The Driver Kevin was great too.

I booked the round-trip transfer option. The airport pickup went ok, although it took some time to find the driver. However, I was left stranded for the return trip. After repeatedly contacting the company throughout the morning to confirm my pickup time, I was informed just a few hours before my flight that no vehicles were available and they would not be able to pick me up. This last-minute cancellation cost me valuable time during the final hours of my vacation, as I scrambled to arrange alternative transportation to the airport. While I did receive a partial refund, it did not come close to compensating for the stress and inconvenience caused by having to find last-minute transportation.

"Hello. Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. As part of our standard process, we always request departure details at least 24 hours in advance so we can schedule transfers properly. Regarding the claim that we said no vehicles were available: this is not how we operate. We maintain a large fleet with vehicles constantly near the hotels. In the rare event of an unexpected delay, our policy is to dispatch a vehicle immediately—we never state that we don't have available units. This is precisely why receiving correct timing details in advance is so crucial for seamless service. We appreciate your comments and thank you for sharing your experience. Best regards."

They showed up on time, which was good. However, we requested initially and then followsd up again in advance specifically about including 2 car seats. They told us they'd have them. They very much did not. Fine otherwise, but ticked off we asked twice for that, they told us yes, and I guess couldn't be bothered to do it.
