Once you land at Cancun airport: Go to the Meeting Point: Once you exit the terminal, head toward the ground transportation area. Our representative will be waiting outside holding a sign with your name / company logo. Our meeting points are: Terminal 2 - Welcome bar Terminal 3 - Margaritaville bar Terminal 4 - Welcome bar Flight Tracking: We track your flight in real-time. If your flight is delayed, we will adjust your pickup time at no extra charge. Grace Period: We allow up to 60 minutes of complimentary wait time after your plane lands, giving you plenty of time to clear immigration and customs. Important Note: Ignore sales representatives inside the airport hall. Please walk directly outside to meet our official staff, or contact us via WhatsApp if you need help locating us. Meeting Point Instructions Airport Pickups: Upon exiting the airport terminal, please walk completely outside into the designated ground transportation area. Look for your driver holding a sign with your primary passenger name. Please ignore any timeshare or tour vendors inside the terminal hall and head directly outside. Hotel Pickups: Please wait at the main lobby entrance of your hotel or resort at least 5 to 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Your driver will arrive at the main bell service/valet area and call out your name.
