The terminal where you arrive will depend on the airline you are flying with. Once you have collected your luggage, please make your way to the “Tour Operators” area. There, you’ll be warmly greeted by one of our Mexico Travel Solutions representatives, who will be wearing a white and pink polo shirt with a colorful flower logo on the right side and holding a sign with our company name. To make it easier for you to find us, here’s where our team will be waiting: Terminal 3: Platforms 51 to 54 Terminal 2 Nacional: Platform 53 Terminal Inter 2: In front of the Grab & Go Café Terminal 4: Platforms 50 and 26 When you meet our representative, please present your confirmation voucher or photo ID for verification. Ok, but book direct with shuttle company

Had to wait an hour for reserved shuttle. Representative said time was just a placeholder and meant nothing. Book directly with MTS. When I sat with them for return to hotel it was $30 less. Viator is tacking on a ridiculous surcharge.

I booked this transportation since my flight was coming in pretty late and I didn't want to be concerned with it after midnight. My flight was about a half hour early and when i arrived outside there was an employee names Edwin who told me i wasn't due to arrive until 11 AM the following morning. I was told then a car would be coming but i would have to wait another 20 mins on top of the 20 mins i had already been waiting. It was another 40 min drive to my hotel and my son was tired as you can guess. WORST SERVICE EVER!!! DO NOT USE!!

You may or may not get transportation and they don’t allow refunds or adjustments of any kind. Make sure you call them instead of waiting for them to contact you. I booked round trip transportation from the airport to the hotel and back. They emailed me a day before the trip first thing in the morning to confirm the time to which I replied 3:30pm. The pickup was smooth, 5 stars. The return back, 0 stars. I never received a confirmation call/email the day before my 8:15am flight so I emailed. I did not receive a reply so I called that afternoon. They said I had booked two identical arrivals for 3:30 and no return trip. The customer service girl hung up on me and when I called back again, the second customer service girl kept stammering and didn’t know what to say. They didn’t make an effort to rectify the situation and I lost money on this trip back and the only way back to the airport was a taxi arranged by the hotel that overcharged double what we should’ve paid.

Long wait at airport for driver

Firstly, the reps were not wearing the colours they told us to look out. Secondly the lady with the name sign was sat on the floor behind all the other taxi service company's so there was no way we saw her. Had to ask around. When we walked to her, I noticed the sign with my name was next to her on the ground facing down (so I couldn't read it until she held it up). Lastly, we had to wait about 40mins standing for a driver. I think in the end they asked another company to take us to our hotel (he had a different company logo on his shirt). The thing is they asked for our flight information on booking so they could have checked, there were no flight delays so we were right on time, waiting 30 plus mins for a "prebooked private airport transfer " was unacceptable.

Everything from booking to getting from airport to resort was super easy, got to the airport, looked for the guys dressed like I was told & voila, told the friendly and awesome representative my last name, he looked it up on his tablet & he called our car, got to the hotel in about 25 mins safe and friendly driver. I had the best experience with this company and everyone was very nice & friendly.
