Mona was an amazing tour guide. She kept in touch prior to our tour and picked us up as scheduled. Because of her long experience she knew how to expedite our time navigating the entrance to the pyramid. Mona had a fantastic camel ride and took pictures and videos. The lunch buffet was delicious. Additionally, the grand Egyptian museum was spectacular. She gave an overview and left us to explore the areas we found most interesting. The driver was so skilled and performed magnificently getting us to the airport in a dire emergency.

I did the private tour all inclusive and it was well worth it. Nada was my guide and we had a great time together. She was very knowledgeable about the the history and provided a great experience. The icing on the cake is her skills behind the camera. She captured some great shots on my phone and directed my camera angles well for some great photos.

We only had two and a half days in Cairo at the end of our trip and we booked a tour with Travel door tours to try to maximize the time we had. It was really trouble free and we're contacted the night we landed in Cairo by your guide (Ahmed Elsayed). It was really great to know who we were meeting and that he had everything ready to go. 9:00am sharp Ahmed was waiting on us in the lobby of the Great Pyramid Inn. He greeted us with an smile and formally introduced himself. Ahmed is really friendly and engaging guy with a constant smile and a passion for Egyptology. After having a few good guides on our trip so far, Ahmed set a new bar, he had deep knowledge of the pyramids and the history of the rulers of Egypt. He helped us take some great shots of us at various points around the pyramids and a really fun camel ride. Next we were off to the Egyptian museum, where Ahmed once again floored us with his passion and knowledge of ancient Egypt. He led us around museum, showing us the best of the museum and the real gems that were housed there. Including the ones that are featured on their own currency. Lunch was next on the agenda, usually lunch came before the museum, but we opted to do it afterwards. Ahmed took us to a great restaurant that had option for both my wife and I. We had a great conversation about our lives and how Egypt is evolving. Our tour ended with a trip through the famous Cairo bazaar and a nice Turkish coffee Ina 200 year old coffee shop right inside the bazaar. Ahmed Elsayed helped us create some great memories and helped us gain a greater appreciation of Egyptian culture and history. I can't say enough great things about our tour with him. Request him if you can! We does other tours too! If we had more time, we would have booked more with him.

My 20-something daughter, who was traveling solo and had a 19 hour layover in Cairo, was picked up right on time at Cairo airport and taken to pyramids, museum and bazaar by a very knowledgable and friendly guide who knew a ton. He was funny, had excellent English, and a degree in Egyptian history. They had lunch and also a camel ride, all of which was very fun! (I had ascertained ahead of time that she could leave her one piece of luggage, a backpack, in his car during the tours.) She told me it was awesome because he knew just where to go and she didn't have to wait in any lines or wonder where to enter anything. After the 8-hour experience he took her safely back to the airport. It could not have gone any better -- we are SO PLEASED! Thank you!

Everything went smoothly! Mr. Abdelrahman, the well-knowledgeable tour guide, provided a nicely crafted and well-guided tour. Thanks man! My family was a top priority for him and he was always willing to visit places if we asked. We gained a lot of information from his talk, as his history knowledge was also impressive. He showed up on time and took us to the best restaurant for lunch, which was also a pleasant experience. This company and Abdelrahman are my top recommendations for those looking to book a tour.

Ahmed is the best tour guide in Egypt!! 10/10 experience, highly recommended. We felt welcomed with his big smile from the beginning. He is punctual, super knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. He takes very good pictures too. You cannot find any better tour with this price. Especially, you cannot enjoy the museum without a tour guide because there is very limited explanations about each stuff.

Very good tour. But our Tourguide Hany took us to a „Papyrus Museum“ and a Parfume Store. We bought something from this nature oil Store because we trusted our guide. He was friendly and seems to be a good man. But he has abused our trust. One of the oils was cheep perfume. You can read this in reviews from this store. Take care both stores are a rip off so don‘t book this tour! They try to take your money!! Good tour but the tourguide is a criminal who try to offer you other things and be kindly to rip you off… Sehr schöne und gute Tour. Unser Tourguide Hany hat uns zusätzlich noch zu einem „Papyrusmuseum“ und einem Geschäft für Naturöle gebracht. Wir haben ihm eigentlich vertraut. Wir haben nur bei den Naturölen etwas gekauft. Zuhause stellte sich heraus, dass ein Öl einfach nur billiges Männerparfüm ist. Die Tour selbst ist gut der Tourguide ist aber ein Verbrecher der einfach nur dich abzocken will indem er sich als freundlicher Helfer hinstellt…

Antes de todo decir que la guía era muy amable y aunque su español no fuera fluido se esforzó muchísimo por explicarlo todo , resumiendo la experiencia; es todo muy express hacen breve explicación y fotos de postureo , como teníamos poco tiempo no nos importó pero el museo lo vimos bastante aprisa , algo que no nos gustó fue que nos llevaron a dos tiendas (como al resto de gente que había contratado excursiones) donde entrabas y ya te explicaba en una cómo se hacían papiros y en otra esencia de perfumes, total que en la de papiro por lo menos no nos presionaron tanto pero en la de perfumes nos dieron un papel para apuntar las que te gustaban para directamente comprarlas luego , sentimos presión y acabamos comprando por obligación a precios caros
